Hi Ceri, thank you for another fantastic question time. Pre-covid I wore make up every day and wore 4” heels from the time I got up until I went to bed, now I wear no make up unless I’m going out, (rarely), then only mascara, and flats all the time. Lovely to see your smile again x
I took a photography night class and loved it decades ago. The golden age of Hollywood would be a perfect time to study. Always fun listening to you Ceri, I like your insight and your history. It was nice to spend some time with you today.
I agree with Marie Elaine (below). I love listening to you talk about your studio, art, life and values. Thank you for sharing! AND-I love your golden age of Hollywood photographer answer! I completely agree!
Hi Ceri! I’m so thankful I found your channel this year! Thank you for the coffee with Ceri and chats like this. And always, thank you for sharing your knowledge and work! I hope you have a happy holiday and happy early birthday! ❤
I enjoy learning more about you and also the art tips you share in these Q & A's. Thank you for sharing. I realize this holiday season may be a bit of a challenge for you, I wish you peace. ❤
Er zijn van die momenten dat ik jou afspeellijst op zoek omdat ik je graag hoor, je bent eerlijk en oprecht! Fijn om je te horen en zien lachen ❤ Mijn gedachten zijn bij jou de aankomende week!
I just love your honesty and sincerity,it really is so refreshing x i love hearing about your past experiences.one of my first ever visits to a theatre was many moons ago and my mum took me along to see danny la rue in bridlingtons spa theatre, although i cant remember much i can remember being mesmerised by the costumes and performance x
Thank you Ceri! I really enjoy your creative thoughts, and sharing your talent & skills. I agree with your thought of a photographer and the golden era of Hollywood. That person I think would be Edward Steichen and I would visit with Paul Strand myself. Both in the golden era of photography as a form of Art, Fashion, and even Glamour. Congrats on your creative journey good for you for hanging out in comfy clothes most of the day doing what Ceri wants to do. Looking forward to your project for next year. Until the next video. Merry Christmas!
Yes, you do come across as authentic. Your viewers can trust your comments. As we age comfort in clothing takes importance over fashion perhaps not style though. At home or an outing is an element that I take into consideration. I so enjoy hats and caps. The closet space for such is a bit crowded. Baseball caps are so utilitarian. And having limited hair on top, hear gear is essential in cold times for warmth and preventing sunburn in hot times. In summer we walk in the shade; in winter we choose the sun. I found this Q & A relevant to my life and engaging. Thank you.
Hi, Ceri, In response to how to keep Fabric-Tac from drying out, I'm not certain if this will help, but it would be worth a try. For several years, I was in charge of our church's "Craft Cottage" where volunteers (very few of them, to be frank) worked with me to make crafty items that were sold at our Summer Picnic to raise money for the school. I had tons of partial bottles of acrylic craft paint that always has the thick gummy layer on top, because I stored the bottles with the cap opening facing up. The air that was in the bottle only affected the paint that was exposed to the air, so the thick, gunky layer was closest to the cap opening. I started storing my bottles with the lids pointing down. That way, the thick air-exposed layer was away from the cap opening, and the workable paint came out first. Also, it was quicker to get the paint to come out. I would think it would work for any liquid paint or adhesive, if there's no way of eliminating the air that causes the drying out process. Hope that helps!! Keep up the great work!!
Good morning dear Ceri, great Q and A session. I don’t wear hats of any kind 😊. I love that you are so authentic and truthful. A studio, I like that. It’s always a great way to begin my day watching and listening to you. Thanks so much for doing these monthly sessions, it’s such a wonderful way to get to know you better. Take care dear man, hugs and blessings. Merry Christmas 🎄 🙏💙🤗
Hello dear Ceri! As far as clothing...I love pj days and have more and more of them! I saw a saying that describes me perfectly. "The fact that I have more clothes to sleep in than clothes to go out in says a lot about me."
Thank you Ceri for another interesting video. There are quite a few male crafters out there and some of them quite well known like Seth Apter and Tim Holtz. Have a great Christmas. 😀💜
Great q&a this month Ceri. I will be 60 in March, and have been disabled since I was 44. Because of that, I too stay in my comfy clothes more than I did when I was working and had to dress nice M-F. I always wanted to learn country western dancing for many years. In October of 2002 I met a man who was a friend of a friend. My friend told me to introduce myself to Dave and tell him that Horse (nickname, his name was Dave also) said “you would teach me how to 2 step”. From that night on, Dave taught me how to do many different country dances. We started dating and eventually married, but he passed from cancer back in 2017. I have tried to dance since then, I have a miserable time and don’t enjoy it the way that I did. People always complimented Dave and I when we were walking off of the dance floors. I’m doing art to make me happier since losing him. I hope your holidays will be as good as they can be. You’re always in my thoughts and prayers.
I don't know how many years ago that it was, but I heard your name mentioned by Julie on the RUclips channel, Camelia Craft Designs. I checked your channel out and really liked the things you were doing. I found it very interesting, although not strange, that a man was doing crafts, and doing crafts well. This part might sound strange. I've stayed with your channel for many reasons. One reason in particular is that I like you voice, LOL, plus you just seem like a nice guy. I don't care for the higher pitched voices of some females and won't watch their channels no matter how much I like what they're making.
Great questions with quite interesting answers. I am glad you still boogey around the house😊! Comfy clothes are a must now here as well. Thank you for a wonderful year of videos from your studio- such a wealth of information. LOVELY! I will say Merry Christmas to you from Minnesota❤❤❤ (Short term, I add high percentage rubbing alcohol to Fabritac to thin it in drops as needed.)
Thanks for all the wonderful insights to all the questions. I didnt have to hesitate on which artist I'd wish I could spend a week with. Monet. Not for his art but for his gardens. ❤😊
If I had one wish, it would be to spend the day with Josh Groban with him singing for me. He has an angelic voice... and he's eye candy for this 64-year-old.
My mother was in the corp de ballet for the Metropolitan Opera. She danced for three months pregnant with me. Can I count that as I danced for the Met. Ha 😊ha. You are so great I love to see your videos. Thank you for sharing 😊
Hi Ceri. Took me 3 tries before i could watch the whole video... lots of interruptions. Interesting as always. Yes, acetone thins Fabri - Tac. Add a little at a time until you get the consistency you want. May have to shake it a bit if it's really thick and give it a few minutes to work. TFS Big ((hugs)) ❤
You are such a beautiful authentic man. Thanks for all you share with us. I love your channel.
There is so much value in being creative! That is so admirable!

Love the 10 questions with you. Very fascinating. You are amazing and beyond talented. Thanks for sharing 😊 ❤❤
Fun video!
When I was a runner, I always had a bandana on my head because I sweat so much. I have quite a color collection of them. I love them.

FAKE is everywhere, so its a breath of fresh air that you are always the real deal.
I would love to meet your dog sometime.
Store FT upside down
I never dress to impress... only for comfort.
65yrs old? Really? I would’ve guessed younger
I know... crazy, right?! Honestly, I would have guessed his age to be in the 30's. He found the fountain of youth.
I figured he was around my age. I'm 52.
@adoxartist1258 He is wrinkle free and has the energy of a 30 something.

Ansel Adams ?
I’d love to know , you care to tell, what are the books behind your right shoulder if they’re saved for reading. If for crafts, don’t bother! ❤️✌🏻🤠
I'm glad you didn't give a damn.
can't hear you very well.....its like you don't have a microphone
I’ve just listened back to it and the volume is very loud for me so I’m not sure why it appears quiet for you.
