ah! it's not only fruit, actually. it's just raw vegan. so anything that is plant and raw. the reason behind eating a lot of fruits is ive seen a lot of stuff about fruits being great for energy, cleansing the body,, and that fruits have natural enzymes that help you digest the food. i do monomeals with fruit often and i feel good on them. but i do eat other raw foods like seeds, nuts, and some vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber,. that's my reasoning at least. as for russian, i like russian music a lot. the language is interesting the way it sounds. there's so many people who who speak russian in the world so it's a good language to learn to get to know other cultures. but i really love the music to be honest! thanks for asking! are a russian speaker?
