    just 1 advice from someone who has seen all of the diet fads. don't waste your time on veganism. everybody eventually quits because it's a poor diet for humans. it just doesn't work in the long run. not enough nutrients and you screw up your stomach. fruit diets are also complete nonsense. way too much sugar. easiest one is a balanced diet with some raw stuff like organs thrown in there.

      @@uchenik-ox6bw if your relatives truly are 100% vegans and not cheating(like a lot of them do), and are very healthy, then they're probably in the 1%. There are very few long term vegans around, and there's a reason for that. And also, I didn't say sugars from fruit is harmful, I said a 100% fruit diet is bad. wish you luck with your journey though

    Of course humans weren't carnivors from origin, we need tools to hunt animals. We don't have the claws, teeth and pace necesarry to kill, but we have the intellectual capacity. However we evolved in needing some meat, because there's valuable nutrients in it

    Hi, you should consider doing a carnivore diet. The negative effects of eating such an unhealthy diet as plant based wont show up until later. No group of humans ever lived on a plant based diet. Animals are the most nutrient dense food on the planet and monocrop agriculture for your salad is destroying the environment and killing millions of animals from deforestation and pesticides.

    get yourself a ketone meter....and see for yourself. you are likely burning fat stores due to the decrease in calories over time especially if you are very active. so you will be burning fats -- that's just the way your body works as you reduce your glycogen stores. please eating vegan doesn't make you burn carbs -- easy way to check is use a ketone urine dip stick, or a ketone finger prick and there's your proof. easy.

    learn how to make a bomb salad dressing. get a juicer (ideally do green juices). your going to feel amazing man. I feel like I'm in heaven after a big salad or celery juice. raw foods especially greens and nuts in my experience are rly good for energy. BIG TIP, i had a bit of bloating eating nuts. SOAK THEM most nuts 2-4 hours, but almonds 8 hours. they are blissful food when soaked in my experience. i don't know if id recommend raw vegan for more than 30 days because it can be challenging and maybe not as fulfilling to the pallet but its definitely healthy if done well. you will definitely feel a lot lighter and more hydrated. you sound like a vegan in spirit. by the way, there is no need to believe if food is good for you or walking barefoot, if you pay attention to your body and it's energy, just holding a food your biofield will shrink/grow. it sounds crazy, but I know it's true I experience, and there's a lot of practical examples of it naturally happening. in this experience of 30 days, I recommend paying attention, don't imagine, but pay attention and its amazing gift of being alive. our energy reacts to everything, I imagine its why a bee knows to pollinate flowers, etc, probably has a similar experience, but since we think in words, and our experience of consciousness lives mostly in the brain we don't pay attention to it. I personally love utilizing and paying attention to this, because it cuts through all the noise of diet wars/ social media. so I follow the science, and what I know is resonating with my energy, and then when I eat it I double know because it feels blissful! what we don't know, we shouldn't believe or disbelieve. I know raw plant foods, does the energetic body wonders for me (some more than other).\ also if my lil paragraph on energy needs any elaboration, plz ask good luck!

    What are your beliefs on eating animal protein? Do you know that frogs, bees, rodents and small quadrupeds are killed in large numbers, each year by pesticides and tractors? The nutrients in the soil are gone and farmers must replace the nutrient with blood meal and bone meal, which is used as an organic fertilizer. How do you feel about your fruit and vegetables being grown with animal byproducts? I don't want to sound judgemental, but Veganism is harming the environment. Vegetables and fruit are a poor source of nutrition for human beings.

    i was wondering if you can make a video on how to gain muscle on a plant based diet, what kinds of foods or meals should one eat that can give you enough protein, and how much protein should a person eat? Is it necessary to eat like 200 grams of protein?

    • @DeferFuncClose
      @DeferFuncClose 3 дня назад

      There is so much plant based protein around. I consume a smoothie containing 25 grams of pea protein & 5g of creatine after every workout. I also put hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, brocolli and raw cacao powder in there as well, which also contain protein. The rest of my food contains a lot of lentils, beans and soy products like tofu and tempeh. I don't really count how much protein I consume daily but it looks like I get enough, my muscles are still growing.

    I think veganism is a healthy short term diet. Long term it is not so healthy. People have an amazing ability to adapt unlike any other animal but I think they are meant to be omnivores with a lot of plants and some meat. Many vegans will say “the vegan diet is the original diet of the first people”. The way people are physiologically designed, for a vegan today to get their complete protein needs met they require such massive amounts of cooked grains combined with legumes that they end up with insulin resistance and metabolic disease. It is either this or they consume highly processed modern protein powders to meet those needs, which raw vegans usually do (especially if they live highly active lifestyles like ancient man did). Vegans require supplementing with lab-made synthetic B12 to not be severely deficient and almost always are DHA/EPA deficient also which they can exclusively treat with the nontraditional supplementation of algae oil (the plant form of omega 3’s, ALA, is typically converted to DHA at a rate of less than 1% which is why only algae oil is a sufficient vegan source of DHA and EPA ). The issue of these nutrient deficiencies becomes especially problematic for mothers and the developing baby’s brain. Raw vegans say “all the animals eat raw food but people are the only ones who cook food”. People are different than animals. Lions have different body’s than us which is why they can eat raw animals without getting killed by parasites. Cows and deer have completely different stomachs than people do which is why they can digest grass. If you look at gorillas they have completely different digestive tracks than people which is why they can eat garbage bags full of raw greens everyday. The only way a person can consume that quantity of greens is with the modern technology of juicers. The varieties of vegetables people eat today are also highly inbred and hybridized which is why they don’t occur in the wild. Even the varieties of fruit people eat are bred down to be larger and far higher in sugar. Wild avacados for instance are so small they almost look like berries and are a seasonal fruit. People are taking fruits (whose ancestors are endemic to very specific regions of the world) from every corner of the world, planting them in regions where they are not native to and then shipping them around to give vegans the large selection of fruits they have, year round. Whereas the first people had access to only a few species of wild fruits, which are generally lower in calories, smaller and often occur seasonally rather than year round (like an agricultural society offers). So yeah nutritionally, physiologically and ethnobotanically there’s some reasons pointing towards people being meant to be omnivores. Maybe the biggest teller to me that people are designed to eat some meat is that every indigenous tribe known to man ate meat. And all the nomadic indigenous tribes left also eat meat. For example, look at the Hadza, one of the last wild tribes left. They are omnivores. Lastly, even Jesus ate fish and honey in the New Testament and the disciples ate fish and pork on multiple occasions in it. If Jesus had a problem with people eating cooked food or meat you would think he would have chosen to feed people with some raw buckwheat sprouts and green juice instead of fish and bread-the bread of course being very high quality-not fortified wonder bread and seafood jacked with a slurry of hundreds of trace chemical pollutants along with 22 nanograms of PCBs per gram like wild sardines are shown to contain today (if consistently eaten a few times per week the PCBs eventually bioaccumulate in the body into grams after 15 years because the elimination half life of most PCBs is roughly 15 years). Yeah they ate far more high quality back then: the water was pristine, chemical pollution didn’t exist at all, the wheat was organic and an ancient variety like einkorn which has a different ratio of gluten proteins… A lot of bad things have been added and good things have been taken away but the main issue in people’s diets today are all the synthetic chemicals and the hyper processing of food followed by the lack of polyphenols.

    There are no healthy meats. You can survive eating meat but you will never thrive. Go vegan!
