Thanks for this information. 😊The birds are so loud and beautiful that they almost sound like you are playing a recording of them Are you located in Australian? I am so your videos may be more helpful to my climate. 👍🏻

I live in Tunisia. Tunisia has a Mediterranean climate that is characterized by a dry, hot summer and fresh, humid winters. I appreciate that you liked my video and the song of my birds, they are goldfinches!

Freesia are annuals here in Maryland 7a. After the leaves turn brown I need to dig them up, clean them off. Then what? Cool or warm temperatures? Can’t plant outside until May.

Mine just stay in the ground but I'm getting so many I want to spread them around. So my question is, can I dig them up after the leaves die and just spread around more? And are the pods from the flowers also produce more plants? Thanks! I'm in zone 9a

Yes you can dig freesia bulbs after the leaves die, give some space between bulbs and plant more. You can harvest freesia seeds to plant, but keep in mind it takes time, so it's always better to propagate freesia from bulbs!

What about the smal bulb? Can we grow or dig them too?

I have a question some what relatable to the situation. I am a new gardener & I want to make sure I'm doing things right. Is it normal for freesia leaves to die around june? If not how can I save the plant the leaves are yellowing and browning.

Also the tiny parts of the flower that seemed to be blooms died and turned brown but I still have healthy bigger flowers on the plant.
