Hey, it depends on the variety of bulb! So, I would do some research on the varieties you have. Some bulbs can be planted later but most should be planted by Mother's Day in Australia.
Friendly PSA that soluble fertilizers are bad for the environment as they can leach into groundwater supplies contaminating them, or get into water systems and lead to eutrophication down the line. There are much better ways to manage soil fertility than soluble fertilizers such as compost and manure application (assuming the manure isn't full of pesticides and herbicides from the animals forage), cover cropping, compost teas, etc.
