God did heal her, the second she stepped into Heaven, cancer was destroyed! She did have a miracle! She no longer has pain and she spends every minute praising God! It makes Heaven a real place you and your children can look forward to going to, because she will be waiting!
Your story is beautiful, it's a lot like mine. My husband died suddenly and Saturday September 10th 2022. He had a massive heart attack and it was his second one. When you said that your wife talked to you about if she died what she wanted for you. I don't know why I was land so much to have that talk with my husband, years before he died. But I did, I'm so glad I did, it gave me peace, so many people have guilt when their spouse passes and they think that they've gotten to a point where maybe they can move on a little bit. But because my husband and I talked about it, when that time comes I will have no guilt. And I hear peace of mind, I have to peace and passes understanding. I don't know why he can't die, he was such a good husband. I can't imagine life without him, but somehow I am. Just like you, I have moments of joy and moments of sorrow. So many people have walked next to me through this. I want to tell you how you have helped me so much it by talking about Nancy and your struggle and her death. You are the only person that I have ever heard talk about death after your spouse has died that you talked to them, that you felt led to talk before they died about what would happen. To his giving me such peace I cannot even tell you. I and healing now, slowly but surely I am healing. I will never forget my late husband and all the things he taught me in life and all the things that we love together and that the way we laughed together, all the pranks he pulled on me. All the pranks I pulled on him. I just thank you so much for putting this video out there for Christians to come across but it was the right time. I really needed this, I really did. Sometimes I lose my weight a little bit, even now sometimes the pain is so bad. But I know that you understand. Thank you again

What an amazing love story. My pastor had a "suddenly " with his spouse. One sentence he spoke stood with me. He said he had no thought of leaving the hospital without his wife, and there he was, left carrying out her clothes in a bag provided by the staff and her purse. My mom died of a geoblastoma. It took two years to grieve her. I just remember asking God, why?! Why her? He spoke to my heart and said, "Child, there are times I get tired of loving my children from afar and bring them home to love them closer." Those words started my grieving and healing. In my mind, what a paradox. God bless you and your children.
I can't stop crying... I lost a bf to lymphoma & then met my husband & he passed away of cancer... Shortly after he passed away, one cousin on each side of my family died suddenly one day apart ... The within a few months my step Dad suddenly died & then a month later, my real Dad died too.... All the loss has been so profound that I would cry is someone I worked with was moving away. I couldn't stop myself. Now I stay to myself.... I never thought this would be the new me. 😢
I’ve never seen this channel before now. My husband was diagnosed the same day but in 2016. Somehow I knew Glioblastoma was going to be the culprit. From the minute the video started. Holy Spirit led me here. I gratefully cared for Mike for 12 months. My husband became as close to Christ as I’ve seen anyone become. 6.5 years and I’m still praying for delivery from grief. It shouldn’t still hurt this much after this time. I’m so sorry you and yours lost such a beautiful soul. I praise Jesus we know where they are.🎉
There are no words, only our Lord Jesus keeps us going through grief and I pray faithfully to healing and understanding. I lost my daughter age 32, 5 years ago and I still haven’t gotten through the grief. But I have so much faith and am so thankful that I have the Lord in my life because without him, I don’t think I could survive this life on Earth. I pray that someday we will be at peace and that we will meet in heaven, God bless you ❤

Thank you for sharing. We just had our 14 year old grandaughter dance into heaven a month ago. Lukemia..my daughter was by her side 24/7 caring for her encouraging her believing all the while God would heal her. Then we were told by the doctors they couldn't do any more .So then my daughter had to help her face that she would die if God didn't heal her. God gave her so much wisdom in walking her and her other 3 children through this. My son in law was amazing and God has been so real through this. It is still hard to face life without our precious girl but we trust God to use it for good. Much longer story than this but too long to put in a text. But can totally relate to your journey. Like Derek Prince said, God is a matchmaker for those who are faithfully seeking Him first. He wrote a book on the topic, and grieved the loss of two wives, amazing women of God. How admirable to die on her terms, and avoid the possibility of recurrence. How awesome God heard her on that. Isaiah 50 tells us the reason some go to heaven young. He says its because Hes sparing them some suffering. That is a comfort to me. God is sovereign over everything calamity as well as the wonders of life. He knows, He cares, He knows. 🙏🙏❣️🙏🙏🙏. And oh, the truth of our citizenship in heaven. I read Isaiah 50 and I found nothing about a reason why God would take a person away so young, that God spares them from future suffering... The only thing in Isaiah 50 is about the suffering of Jesus before and on the cross that He had to endure. I lost my 17yo son in 97 and then in 2019 I lost my 40yo only son I had left. Maybe I missed it, but God never takes our children to heaven, it's because of the fallen world we live in. It's not God's will for our children to die before their parents die. And of course God knows everything that will happen in our lives. Death entered into this world through Adam and Eve, that wasn't God's plan. I thank God both of my sons were saved through the saving grace of Jesus Christ through the gospel of Jesus. I do hope I didn't come across rude or the wrong way, may God bless you and yours ✝️🙏❤️

Thankyou for sharing your story, I needed to hear it today. My husband of 4 years passed suddenly 3 months ago. We were in our late 60's when we met. So much of what you said resonated with my feelings, ups and downs of being angry and why only 4 years. At the very end, when you said,'You were called to this' it hit me because we were blessed for those 4 years to have a relationship designed and called by God. As hard as it is to now sit here alone, I wouldn't have traded those 4 years for anything.

Widowed 7 years ago and had to learn to keep my focus on Jesus. In doing so He gives the perfect peace He promises in Isaiah 26:3. It will get better. I love thinking about what my late husband gained and I am happy for Him ( even a bit jealous)!

The seed that has gotten choked out by the cares of this life. It is so encouraging to me to see Christ followers remain faithful to Jesus during severe disappointments. Years ago, I felt the Lord posed a question to me. He asked me if I could describe my walk with Him in one word, what would it be. And the word that I thought of immediately was disappointment. I hated to say it. But the Lord knew my heart and He understood it was the truth. I loved the Lord and I could say He was good to me and I can still say that now, but this is a walk that has a lot of disappointment and a lot of hurt and pain. And that will never change until we ultimately get to heaven. Thank you for sharing part of your story. Your wife sounds like an amazing woman of God! Prayers for you and your family. God is good and faithful even when we don’t understand.
Damian, It can only be by leaning into God’s love and strength that you are able to tell your testimony with such honesty of the heartbreak in your relationship with Nancy and even your disappointment with the Lord by taking her home and be on such a beautiful journey of closeness with the Lord to sort out all.the.things within his sovereignty and your re-arranged life. God is using you to speak into the broken hearts of so many of us with a similar testimony but our own story of, (35:05) “I’m on a journey of what God has next. I never thought this would be my story but here we are. Healing is coming. There is laughter and joy in our home sometimes. (38:20) Grief is a weird thing mixed with the sovereignty of grace. What he calls us to his grace is enough. Yes!! I appreciate you and you taking the time to share this leg of the faith journey. It helped in my own healing and going forward with my new normal with the Lord ands this leg of my Christian life. I hope you do a part two in time of your story. Oh my mercy, I have chills. My grandmother had the exact same cancer and that is a tough one to watch take over someone’s life, but our God is bigger than any cancer. You all also went right near where I live in Pigeon Forge. Kind of God sent this grabbed my attention. I’m about to go for my 30th surgery bc damage from radiation tx due to leiomyosarcoma. My grandmother was my world and she lived with us and I shared room with her till I was 18. We just got back from Lake Tahoe, she was so full of Gods love and taught others of all his goodness. She was dx in July passed in March. The hardest cancer I’ve ever seen take over a persons life. Even more great her brother passed couple years later from the same thing. We are huge supporters of research for it. I wish I could have gotten her to Duke cancer center where I went and go. I still live near PF, but travel back and forth. I was 38 wks pregnant when it was found. Stage 3. Your story has me so consumed that I feel like I know you all. Wish we all could have met your absolutely beautiful wife who loved big. Lived for Jesus and taught of his undying love for us. I can’t image how you all felt and what you went through. Thank you for sharing her with us. God bless you

OMG, no words... but there are so many things that can't be explained with simple formulae. Life is a scary place. God loved you so much that He answered your prayer of marrying the woman your heart desired. Not many humans get that blessing. You said something about grief and the sovereignty of God is a strange mix and I could not agree with you more. That walk is the hardest one of all. Trusting Him and His plan for my life was and still is the hardest, most Faith demanding part after my husband’s death. He’s been gone almost 9 years but you recounting your story put me right back there as we went through his very quick progression of his terminal Illness. Grief…you said here you were broken yet having to be there for your broken children. Oh I completely understood that. Though my kids were grown and living in another state, they clung to me after their dad’s passing and I just felt so very broken hearted but somehow felt responsible to help them in their broken heartedness. No one has a plan for these situations. We have a plan for life not death. Yet praise God he is there to help us navigate back to life after the loss. And I so agree with your statement that God is far more mysterious than I ever ever thought! Thank you for sharing.🙏🏻❤

God led me to this video, ,how beautifully told. I lost my husband to cancer 3 weeks ago and am struggling. But he suffered so,,and I had so much hope and he did not want to go he was young but I know he is safe in God s arms ,.I miss him . I pray you have peace, and God will guide you and me and all of us broken sad ones , he grieves with us.God made sure that I had no bills and that ny house was paid off before my husband left. Glioblastoma Multiform is its own special hell. My heart breaks for you and your loved ones. I'll keep you all in prayer. Bitter-sweet when God is working. Stoping medical intervention was the best choice. The 6 mo spent fighting it only slows the process that your beloved had for only 10 days. What a beautiful love you shared. Thank you for telling your story. Since 1977, a Christ follower. I've faced many tragic losses starting at age 3 with the death of my brother. He was 4. By God's grace, may bitterness never remain with you. It poisons every other dimension of life. Keeping focused and open to God despite the hardships allows us to stay open to his goodness. He dose walk with us through the firey trials.

My husband of MANY years went to be with Jesus Sept. 15, 2022. A lot of people think I should be "normal" by now. I CANNOT, I'm still grieving...sure I go through the days, but I'm by no means happy. Our 4 adult children have no time for me. All my siblings have died. This is a downer to whoever reads it, but this is my life now until God allows me to come "home."

I lossed my fiancé on March 2 , but it was actually on my birthday February 24 th 2024 . We were leaving my sisters house to go to our apartment when she got to the car she said she couldn’t breath . She had been having similar symptoms but they would go away cause she had asthma well she stopped breathing after she was in a panic I floored to the hospital . I ran in to the emergency room and about 10 staff members ran to the car one nurse said they couldn’t find a pulse well they brought her back at least her pulse . They put her her on a ventilator ran test . At first there was hope said her brain looked ok but after the second scan said there was extensive damage . And her heart would eventually stop on March 2 they took her of the ventilator . . I’m heartbroken we were together for 6 years

You are a blessing. Sheer faith in the midst of honest rage-but there’s a help you may need. Death is a time tunnel like sleep though, look for the word sleep in the Bible. It’s used so often that way! In the tunnel of total sleep you seem to wake a second later! But here’s the merciful thing. Hebrews says that David and all the others are waiting for the perfect heaven experience till we can be glorified too. (See Hebrews 11). But what that means is that we all arrive at the same time-she’s not up there alone and grieving as she watches! You arrive to be with her when she arrives! So imagine how beyond okay that will be! Feel it. She blinks. Damian! You’re here! And the kids are here! And the glory-wow.

God did heal her, the second she stepped into Heaven, cancer was destroyed! She did have a miracle! She no longer has pain and she spends every minute praising God!
It makes Heaven a real place you and your children can look forward to going to, because she will be waiting!

Your story is beautiful, it's a lot like mine. My husband died suddenly and Saturday September 10th 2022. He had a massive heart attack and it was his second one. When you said that your wife talked to you about if she died what she wanted for you. I don't know why I was land so much to have that talk with my husband, years before he died. But I did, I'm so glad I did, it gave me peace, so many people have guilt when their spouse passes and they think that they've gotten to a point where maybe they can move on a little bit. But because my husband and I talked about it, when that time comes I will have no guilt. And I hear peace of mind, I have to peace and passes understanding. I don't know why he can't die, he was such a good husband. I can't imagine life without him, but somehow I am. Just like you, I have moments of joy and moments of sorrow. So many people have walked next to me through this. I want to tell you how you have helped me so much it by talking about Nancy and your struggle and her death. You are the only person that I have ever heard talk about death after your spouse has died that you talked to them, that you felt led to talk before they died about what would happen. To his giving me such peace I cannot even tell you. I and healing now, slowly but surely I am healing. I will never forget my late husband and all the things he taught me in life and all the things that we love together and that the way we laughed together, all the pranks he pulled on me. All the pranks I pulled on him. I just thank you so much for putting this video out there for Christians to come across but it was the right time. I really needed this, I really did. Sometimes I lose my weight a little bit, even now sometimes the pain is so bad. But I know that you understand. Thank you again

What an amazing love story. My pastor had a "suddenly " with his spouse. One sentence he spoke stood with me. He said he had no thought of leaving the hospital without his wife, and there he was, left carrying out her clothes in a bag provided by the staff and her purse. My mom died of a geoblastoma. It took two years to grieve her. I just remember asking God, why?! Why her? He spoke to my heart and said, "Child, there are times I get tired of loving my children from afar and bring them home to love them closer." Those words started my grieving and healing. In my mind, what a paradox. God bless you and your children.

I can't stop crying... I lost a bf to lymphoma & then met my husband & he passed away of cancer... Shortly after he passed away, one cousin on each side of my family died suddenly one day apart ... The within a few months my step Dad suddenly died & then a month later, my real Dad died too.... All the loss has been so profound that I would cry is someone I worked with was moving away. I couldn't stop myself. Now I stay to myself.... I never thought this would be the new me. 😢

I’ve never seen this channel before now. My husband was diagnosed the same day but in 2016. Somehow I knew Glioblastoma was going to be the culprit. From the minute the video started. Holy Spirit led me here. I gratefully cared for Mike for 12 months. My husband became as close to Christ as I’ve seen anyone become. 6.5 years and I’m still praying for delivery from grief. It shouldn’t still hurt this much after this time. I’m so sorry you and yours lost such a beautiful soul. I praise Jesus we know where they are.🎉

There are no words, only our Lord Jesus keeps us going through grief and I pray faithfully to healing and understanding. I lost my daughter age 32, 5 years ago and I still haven’t gotten through the grief. But I have so much faith and am so thankful that I have the Lord in my life because without him, I don’t think I could survive this life on Earth. I pray that someday we will be at peace and that we will meet in heaven, God bless you ❤

Lukemia..my daughter was by her side 24/7 caring for her encouraging her believing all the while God would heal her. Then we were told by the doctors they couldn't do any more .So then my daughter had to help her face that she would die if God didn't heal her. God gave her so much wisdom in walking her and her other 3 children through this. My son in law was amazing and God has been so real through this. It is still hard to face life without our precious girl but we trust God to use it for good.

Isaiah 50 tells us the reason some go to heaven young. He says its because Hes sparing them some suffering. That is a comfort to me. I love this scripture & think of it when Someone who I feel shouldn't have passed so young passes.
I read Isaiah 50 and I found nothing about a reason why God would take a person away so young, that God spares them from future suffering... The only thing in Isaiah 50 is about the suffering of Jesus before and on the cross that He had to endure. I lost my 17yo son in 97 and then in 2019 I lost my 40yo only son I had left. Maybe I missed it, but God never takes our children to heaven, it's because of the fallen world we live in. It's not God's will for our children to die before their parents die. And of course God knows everything that will happen in our lives. Death entered into this world through Adam and Eve, that wasn't God's plan. I thank God both of my sons were saved through the saving grace of Jesus Christ through the gospel of Jesus. I do hope I didn't come across rude or the wrong way, may God bless you and yours ✝️🙏❤️

Widowed 7 years ago and had to learn to keep my focus on Jesus. In doing so He gives the perfect peace He promises in Isaiah 26:3. It will get better. I love thinking about what my late husband gained and I am happy for Him ( even a bit jealous)!

Years ago, I felt the Lord posed a question to me. He asked me if I could describe my walk with Him in one word, what would it be. And the word that I thought of immediately was disappointment. I hated to say it. But the Lord knew my heart and He understood it was the truth. I loved the Lord and I could say He was good to me and I can still say that now, but this is a walk that has a lot of disappointment and a lot of hurt and pain. And that will never change until we ultimately get to heaven. Thank you for sharing part of your story. Your wife sounds like an amazing woman of God! Prayers for you and your family. God is good and faithful even when we don’t understand.
Damian, It can only be by leaning into God’s love and strength that you are able to tell your testimony with such honesty of the heartbreak in your relationship with Nancy and even your disappointment with the Lord by taking her home and be on such a beautiful journey of closeness with the Lord to sort out all.the.things within his sovereignty and your re-arranged life. God is using you to speak into the broken hearts of so many of us with a similar testimony but our own story of, (35:05) “I’m on a journey of what God has next. I never thought this would be my story but here we are. Healing is coming. There is laughter and joy in our home sometimes. (38:20) Grief is a weird thing mixed with the sovereignty of grace. What he calls us to his grace is enough. Yes!! I appreciate you and you taking the time to share this leg of the faith journey. It helped in my own healing and going forward with my new normal with the Lord ands this leg of my Christian life. I hope you do a part two in time of your story. Oh my mercy, I have chills. My grandmother had the exact same cancer and that is a tough one to watch take over someone’s life, but our God is bigger than any cancer. You all also went right near where I live in Pigeon Forge. Kind of God sent this grabbed my attention. I’m about to go for my 30th surgery bc damage from radiation tx due to leiomyosarcoma. My grandmother was my world and she lived with us and I shared room with her till I was 18. We just got back from Lake Tahoe, she was so full of Gods love and taught others of all his goodness. She was dx in July passed in March. The hardest cancer I’ve ever seen take over a persons life. Even more great her brother passed couple years later from the same thing. We are huge supporters of research for it. I wish I could have gotten her to Duke cancer center where I went and go. I still live near PF, but travel back and forth. I was 38 wks pregnant when it was found. Stage 3. Your story has me so consumed that I feel like I know you all. Wish we all could have met your absolutely beautiful wife who loved big. Lived for Jesus and taught of his undying love for us. I can’t image how you all felt and what you went through. Thank you for sharing her with us. God bless you

OMG, no words... but there are so many things that can't be explained with simple formulae. Life is a scary place. So relate about the silence, and ongoing agnosticism, the random answers to prayer and then the big stuff that just won't shift... Thank you for your honesty and sharing. It has really encouraged me. If someone as committed as you goes through this, then it is clearly not the result of a lack of devotion or spirituality. There is the grace that takes us around and he grace that accompanies us through.

You said something about grief and the sovereignty of God is a strange mix and I could not agree with you more. That walk is the hardest one of all. Trusting Him and His plan for my life was and still is the hardest, most Faith demanding part after my husband’s death. He’s been gone almost 9 years but you recounting your story put me right back there as we went through his very quick progression of his terminal
Illness. Grief…you said here you were broken yet having to be there for your broken children. Oh I completely understood that. Though my kids were grown and living in another state, they clung to me after their dad’s passing and I just felt so very broken hearted but somehow felt responsible to help them in their broken heartedness.
No one has a plan for these situations. We have a plan for life not death. Yet praise God he is there to help us navigate back to life after the loss. And I so agree with your statement that God is far more mysterious than I ever ever thought!

Listening to your story has strengthened me and giving me hope. I live in this world and I too have been jolted by sudden tragedies. In those times I stood at a crossroad. I could walk away from God in anger and disappointment. Or I could lean into God and experience something greater than I imagined.I have also discovered that in the times of deepest pain when the waters are troubled. God led me to this video, ,how beautifully told. I lost my husband to cancer 3 weeks ago and am struggling. But he suffered so,,and I had so much hope and he did not want to go he was young but I know he is safe in God s arms ,.I miss him . I pray you have peace, and God will guide you and me and all of us broken sad ones , he grieves with us.God made sure that I had no bills and that ny house was paid off before my husband left. So God set me up so I could go on.. He has blessed us even in the storm.

My husband of MANY years went to be with Jesus Sept. 15, 2022.
A lot of people think I should be "normal" by now. I CANNOT, I'm still grieving...sure I go through the days, but I'm by no means happy.
Our 4 adult children have no time for me. All my siblings have died.
This is a downer to whoever reads it, but this is my life now until God allows me to come "home."

We live in a very broken world, but GOD is definitely faithful, especially through tough times. My heart goes out to you regarding the illnesses that you're going through. But The LORD is good, and wants to meet us and connect with us though these difficult times 🫶

I lossed my fiancé on March 2 , but it was actually on my birthday February 24 th 2024 . We were leaving my sisters house to go to our apartment when she got to the car she said she couldn’t breath . She had been having similar symptoms but they would go away cause she had asthma well she stopped breathing after she was in a panic I floored to the hospital . I ran in to the emergency room and about 10 staff members ran to the car one nurse said they couldn’t find a pulse well they brought her back at least her pulse . They put her her on a ventilator ran test . At first there was hope said her brain looked ok but after the second scan said there was extensive damage . And her heart would eventually stop on March 2 they took her of the ventilator . . I’m heartbroken we were together for 6 years

You are a blessing. Sheer faith in the midst of honest rage-but there’s a help you may need. Death is a time tunnel like sleep though, look for the word sleep in the Bible. It’s used so often that way! In the tunnel of total sleep you seem to wake a second later! But here’s the merciful thing. Hebrews says that David and all the others are waiting for the perfect heaven experience till we can be glorified too. (See Hebrews 11). But what that means is that we all arrive at the same time-she’s not up there alone and grieving as she watches! You arrive to be with her when she arrives! So imagine how beyond okay that will be! Feel it. She blinks. Damian! You’re here! And the kids are here! And the glory-wow.
