I had a very bad experience, our flight was getting to Nairobi at midnight so by the time we cleared customs and travel time it was almost 1 a.m. to my surprise there was no toilet paper and no water in the Apt, the owner was a man, I wish I knew a head of time I could have arranged for all that, I was so disappointed, from then I made sure the Airbnb am renting has the essential stuff , after that I have rented very nice Airbnb, I always get places owned by a woman.

Maybe you could include the price of the towels in the cost so the they can carry it home or leave it if they so wish .But vandalism and theft is so low ,low .
