Good morning Lawrence. Your coverage of western Kenya right from the Uganda Border is great. You have shown us very well organized towns and Cities very clean, well built drainages, walking spaces, green parks, traffic controls are functional, people seem to walk with a purpose,Kenyans must be allergic to littering. I pray you find time to do Vlog on the status of our Uganda City and Towns and make recommendations for improvement. I hope your.vlogs of Kenya will encourage UGA dans to think about working hard to keep a respectable environment. Have a Blessed Day.
Wow, the food looks yummy yummy! In China, the people also eat both Irish and sweet potatoes. Though, what i have noticed is that their sweet potatoes are divided into two...the one that tastes like ours in Uganda and another type which is watery and not sweet. But there are also purple sweet potatoes. And as Ugandan, i regularly eat sweet potatoes and Irish potatoes here.
Wow am by names of Miss Tina's lifestyle, Words can't express how much am greatfull to your brotherhood heart you shown to me thankyou so much and may God bless you more and more, and thankyou for sharing this video with us it's absolutely amazing but i accepted that you are part from Nigeria part Uganda 😂😂😂 that pilipili z not from East African alone ❤❤ 16:49
Drink a lot of water. For weight problem reduce carbohydrates to a handful.Preferably take millet ugali . Take a lot vegetables and fruits with low glycemic index. When cooking meat use the oil from the meat.Do not add any oil.
eat according to your daily activity. You sit most of the times, eat less. A labourer at construction site can eat whatever they want, their level of activity is very high, they burn what they eat. Eating and sitting is the problem.
The lady is a typical Ugandan… Mount Kenya reloaded….if you know, you know 😂. Marrying a Ugandan woman means you get double 😂. For your words, “story” could be “gumzo” (chat), “stori” (casual narration), or “hadithi” (legendary tale). “Kutafuta” (to search or look for), “Kupeleleza” (to spy or investigate secretly), “Kuchunguza” (to examine or investigate), and “Kugundua” (to discover or find out.)
UG Connect tell Dolphine 254 to take you Southern bypass to Gitaru interchange to Wanginge town there's something to cover about road infrastructure I hope so it will be a good content
You can do a video on Bypasses.. The Southern, Eastern and Western bypass. Most vehicles a few years ago had to cross through the city to access other side of the city. Those that have no business in town use the bypass to navigate between location's.
Great video! But sugar is sugar bro 😂 "Experts" lied to us that "natural sugar" is good. fructose in fruits and sucrose in table sugar will do the same damage.
Since you've already covered Thika Road, please consider these roads: Red Hill link road, Southern Bypass or even Langata road which according to me is one of the best though not well covered by vloggers
lies. Exploring for education or for leisure? Kuchunguza is like to find something out of exploring, e.g artefacts, oil, minerals, etc. For leisure like touring sio kuchunguza. it simply means tukatembe.
@@genesisbera7761 what about mineral exploration? is it not uchunguzi? kuchunguza na upelelezi are synonyms. Kutembea ama kuzurura is near to exploring for leisure.

UG connect, the right translation for 'story'' 'in this context would be 'gumzo', which means talk. Hadithi translation Is "'tale''
Hamia Tu Kenya permanently....You seem to be in love with kenya
Do a video from thika to Nairobi using that magnificent road

You can do a video on Bypasses.. The Southern, Eastern and Western bypass. Most vehicles a few years ago had to cross through the city to access other side of the city. Those that have no business in town use the bypass to navigate between location's.
The groundnut sauce was missing. By the way groundnut flour is always available in Kenyan market places...tell her to try it out.
Oooh true I didn't think of it but I have a video about cooking gnut pest in Matooke please I will soon publish it thankyou
Explore is kukagua
Fruits have no problem dear lady, it's artificial sugar that causes problems
Oooh wow seriously I didn't I was told that the body doesn't know differentiate between normal sugar and natural sugars
artificial sugar is bad...but people with sugar problems should avoid sugary fruits, or only eat small portions.
Boss, sugar is sugar.
food has no problem. The problem is eating more than your level of activity.
@@deepsea-x exactly 💯

That's not true.
Why are Africans healthier than people from developed countries?!
Some people have cured diabetes by taking fruitful diets!!
