There's no way i could record myself going through this. I was watching a video on my phone while one happended to me and it had to be 5% of what this guy delt with. I don't know exactly why but muscle cramps are involuntary contractions of your muscles, they happen when your leg is tired and you can stop it by stretching that muscle

I have experienced it many times before during or after playing Basketball, dude the pain is not something you can endure , the worst part is even after your muscles stops moving if you move your leg it will return and start cramping agin.
