i am using Ubuntu in my old laptop Lenovo, intel N3540 processor 4Gb ram im from windows 10 but now Ubuntu has some issues compared with like speaker not working as great as while my laptop running in win10 sound quality comparitevely low and in RUclips 1080p60 videos simply un playable if i try to play it play and load play and load my internet connection is not worried about im using fiber internet (and this issues never faced while in win10 it play 1080p60 and 1440p60 without loading issue) can i go with linux mint to sort this all or any other fixes for my problem in Ubuntu
Check that the correct sound device is selected
Some computers have multiple “sound devices” installed. Some of these are capable of outputting sound and some are not, so you should check that you have the correct sound device selected. This might involve some trial-and-error to choose the right one.
Open the Activities overview and start typing Sound.
Click on Sound to open the panel.
Under Output, select an Output Device and click the Test button to see if it works.
You might need to try each available device.Try all the device to see which one is right.
For videos You may need to install the codecs for videos to play properly. They aren't loaded by default.
In a terminal enter:
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
and follow on-screen instructions.

There is no specific linux os for mobile service. Usually Ubuntu or mint have good hardware support. But he need to find different tools to use, Sometimes different drivers. Trial and error, search and find, these are linux mandate.

It depends on how you install Ubuntu. There are options to only format C drive or format the whole drive. When install chose your option carefully. I recommend backing up your important files before you try installing Ubuntu.

How to install .exe software in both OS 😜. In each software can I use terminal and write the commands. I find It's hard to use fr beginners.
You need an interface for .exe applications to be installed in Linux. A program called wine provides that interface. Install wine first then you can install.exe applications. You can use the same terminal commands in both OS. Because both are from debian.
