Now this is the best thing you could ever do ... admirations for it ... no really ... before you were showing virtual input how much the sticks are eventually pressed but now you are showing the actual remote which is more clear and I can clearly see the feedback which remote is receiving from your movements on the sticks ... Now I see how exactly the remote is part of your flesh (hands) ;) . Thank you we were all waiting for this video ! You’re the only one teaching for free on your channel ... the good thing is that you know how good you are and you want more people to start doing it and get obsessed by this beauty ... cinematography through drones ! You make me so glad I bought the Mini 2, only problem is at this time of year I go to work in the dark and it’s almost dark when I come home so haven’t had much opportunity to fly yet apart from the weekend weather permitting. Totally enjoy your videos. Thank you. 👍

I just got my mavic air 2 a few weeks ago. I never knew how to use it. Now with your tutorial Ive been practicing daily. I've watched some videos multiple times. Great great videos. It makes me want to fly more and more. I only have the ND filters that come with the drone. But later I'm going to get more

Hey bro, your channel is so useful and your style is extremely clean. Would you mind one day teaching us how to use a CPL or CPL/ND filter and properly align them so that the polarizing affect is correctly applied?

I like your attitude I agree worrying is a waste of energy and you attract bad stuff to happen. You get issues for flying over people like that though? Be careful with that. 🙏🏾 I do wish you would have talked more specifically on how and why you hold the sticks the way you do....and also best way to get more complex 4 axis movements.

Very nice shots! I have been to Riga, great city, and I love this market!! Hope they do not change too much! I also love that Ghostbusters building behind it, with the viewing point. Theses videos are brilliant. You finger position is very important for slow movement. Please do more of these. Do you always use a ND even on dull days?

Somewhere i saw how one fella put a cups from the marker pens on the sticks and told what using such prolonged sticks is very useful in some ways.
A longer stick can help. But I have used to this, so no need for that.
Did you program a special configuration for the remote or the drone? It moves so smoothly! It even looks too smooth for having been done with the cinema mode... 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Nice video - I’ve started trying to fly this way, but I also just ordered some joysticks that are twice the length, allowing for even more precise control. Available on Amazon etc for around 15 euros..

Are you allowed to fly drone in Riga? We should register every flight if you want to do it in Moscow.
I've got the understanding of the movements. I just have a hard time turning the camera. I tried today to go to the town part and I think I will continue to try new areas
How could you control that camera up-and-down wheel zo good?!
You can change the settings so it moves both slower and smoother.

Thanx for your flying control advice. In Poland there is no possibilty to fly in the city center unlike you show it. And from the beginning of the New year the New law is coming. I must register my mavic mini 2 and pass a special exam.

Just watched this again. When you're flying lower and tell us you're going "under the wires" and "over the wires", are you just seeing those on your screen or do you have sight of the drone at that point?

I don’t really know when it happened, but somewhere arround when Mavic Pro came out. The first one. And my forst drone was phantom 4. So from phantom 4 till mavic pro. That’s how long :D

Don’t you have problem with the filters on it when you tilt the camera up and down. The luminosity change a lot. Is it not a problem in post prod to adjust everything? Do you have a truck for that problem when using filters? Constant luminosity?

@@TheSkyHighFilms but you have to adjust the luminosity. Otherwise it can be to dark when filming down... no?
It’s normal that ground is darker than sky. If you expose for normal sky the ground will be darker. I just adjust the shadows in post to get the ground brighter. That is not a problem. It’s just how it is.

Depends what kind of birds! Around here we have predatory coastal birds that will attack no matter what your mindset ;)
Have flown with those as well... mindset is everything.
Pinching isn’t so much of the issue as controlling the gimbal pitch while pinching. You need the use your middle finger which is much less precise than using your index finger.
I fly a drone with a thermal camera to detct fawn so we can save them before the farmer comes to mow the grass. The only bird i know of that really takes down drones is the Oystercatcher. If that bird zooms by you better land. Most other birds don't care or just don't have the guts to actually hit the drone.

The gimbals on the controller is stiff. That is why ots hard to get smooth movement. U gotta loosen the gimbals from inside
About birds, if you fly close to their nest I think it will be a problem... I experience an attack some time ago because that, but I was lucky because it was a foggy day and I went in the clouds to escape...

Hard to use two finger to control each joystick.
unfortunately I can't do that and practice with my mini 1 x))
