It's good for a starter. I wish I'd have stepped up and bought the Air, but no worries. I'll work within my limits, learn how to fly and photo on this one, and buy the all out Mavic Pro 2, or whatever Mavic is out at that time. I bought a 2 year warranty at Best Buy for this thing, so I plan on getting all of my learning out of the way with it. I just live in the Smoky Mountains, and I fear losing it in the woods where I can't reach it. Gonna get those shots though! Gonna buy a lens set for it as well. Looking between the Air and the Mini 2, I believe the Mini 2 has better, more crisp images.
Sorry for the late reply, but how's it been going with your Mini 2? Have you stepped up to a larger drone? It's a great starter drone, but I definitely missed some features and "beefy-ness" of the motors when flying in wind.

Hi. Took my mini for 1st flight today & took a couple of shots in auto. When I opened them in my mac computer there was a lot of purple. How can I adjust this? Thank you.
Not sure how your footage was purple when it’s in auto, Was your white balance really off? On your computer, do you have trouble opening the footage, maybe your computer is t displaying the footage correctly? If you view the footage in your drone via the app, is it still purple?
Just purchased a mini 2,) yes I'm late but these things aren't cheap ) lol and this is my first watched vid of yours....I've subbed! Thanks for the info!
@@keith-knittel i don’t either but i’ve watched videos of it being used, close to the real thing but obv not as good & i wouldn’t use it esp because it doesn’t have obstacle avoidance
Haha for strictly entertainment and fun - it's great! But for cinematic-looking footage not so much! I mostly fly just to film, so I'm a little conservative with my drone flying - but I still love ripping around in sport mode! Thanks for watching
Good video and calmly presented! Have you tested how much payload weight the Mini 2 can cope with without influencing its flight abilities too much? We've just bought the Mini 2 and as for many, it is my first one. My wife and I bought it for our company to check the fencing but I also want to dip into video production on a strictly amateur, but still nice looking, level. What kind of ND-filters do you use (maybe I will see that in other videos since I just subscribed😁)
Hey there Benny, I haven't tested the payload of the Mini 2 - but it isn't much. If you bog this drone down with too many heavy accessories it will struggle to fly. Not impossible, but if you want a heavy payload check out the Mavic Air 2 or Mavic 2 (or even better a Phantom 4 Pro!) but those are all significantly more expensive. As far as ND filters go, I'm posting a video today or tomorrow that will go over that! But I've been using the Freewell filters. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Thank you, very helpful, any idea if there is a shortcut/preset where you access manual gimbal calibration during flight to fix the horizon without going into menu, would be nice to have this option for the “fn” button. Or am I missing something?
I don’t think that’s possible right now. One thing you can do is make sure you’re taking off from a level surface and not flying in sport mode before you start filming - those are the two reasons I’ve encountered why my horizon is shifted while filming. Would be nice to calibrate mid-flight though! Thanks for the kind words!
Great video. Quick question. When I turn on my Mini 2 (to use the quick transfer option) I would always remove the gimbal cap and open out the legs, is this necessary?
That’s probably a good idea (but I don’t do it). Haven’t had any problems yet but if you want to be extra careful you can unfold the legs or at the very least remove the gimbal guard. Good question and thanks for watching
I agree that the Mini 2 can be more than a 'beginner' drone, but since this is the least expensive drone in DJI's line up it attracts many beginners. It's capable of capturing some great shots and it's responsive when flying. It can get up and go if you get on it! Thanks for the kind words and watching, Jessie
Man looks very interesting what you said. Started to do some youtube and want some nice footage for my video. Thank you . I think this will do. Also you look very high or is just me ?😁
Just deciding between mini 2 or Air 2. Was originally tempted by Air 2 but seems mini may be better as will be my first drone and it has less restrictions. I see they are both 4000 video. I have noticed though that the mini seems to jump slightly in some demonstration videos as it moves around rather than being smooth. Is this because of 30fps as opposed to the 60fps of the Air? Or is it perhaps just something happening in videos where the light is not optimal? Any insights appreciated.
Both drones are great, but it really depends on the features you want. The camera on the Air 2 is better than the Mini 2, the air 2 handles wind signifigantly better, has a better transmission system, ND filters are easier to use, tracking, some obstacle avoidance. But that being said, it costs more and if you don't need those features you'll end up paying more for features you're not going to use. As far as the skipping video, do you have an example? I havent noticed any jumps in my Mini 2 footage. Thanks for watching and commenting
I’m not sure! I’ve been flying the mavic air 2S lately so I’ll have to go back and check that out. Might be behind in my firmware updates in this video!
Hi Keith last week I shot some videos with my mavic air 2 in 24p h.265 in mov mode and in D-cine like but when I bring it in final cut pro x the footage becomes black with no visual videos, I don’t know what I am doing wrong thanks 🙏
@@keith-knittel yes There was an update that I did on fcpx before I try to bring the footages in, but what I end up doing was I took the footages to compressor and converted them to pro res HQ and it works and it was able to play in fcpx.
For the quick transfer, it seems like it only sends jpgs or 720 / 1080 for trimmed clips. You can send the full res video but it takes forever. The best editing and transfer speeds will come from transferring to a computer. Thanks for watching
Hi Keith, Great tips! When I fly my Mini2 it’s very jerky or jittery when I yaw. I also noticed the video sort of frame freeze as the drone recording while flying forward. I can totally see this on my 42” Samsung non 4K tv. I’m using the right SD card that handles 4K. My photo n video is set to (AUTO). I don’t have ND filters and sometime I see splats of different colors smearing on my IPhone Xs. Can u advise what’s wrong? Is it operator inexperience or defected camera/gimbal? Watching back on tv my video is not smooth like yours. Please help with better settings. Thanks again!
Hey there Sochea, without seeing the footage, it sounds like you have a slow memory card (Does it say v30, v60 or v90 on it? If not, that could be your problem). For the color spearing, that could be your lens pointing towards the sun and giving a bad lens flare - or if it looks more digital, it might be the card not being able to keep up with the write speeds. If you move your gimbal on the ground where you can look at it, does it jerk around or is it smooth? If it jerks around, it sounds deflective. If it's smooth then it sounds like your card might be too slow. Thanks for the kind words and watching!
@@keith-knittel Hi Keith, I’m using Samsung Evo (U3) rated for 4K. The color spearing happens when I point gimbal down or forward. This happened on cloudy day with ample daylight and sunny day. Drone never crashed nor accidentally dropped.

Ooh good to know, Jeff! They aren't using the weight limit anymore? I think it's only a matter of time before the US does something similar. The Mini is a pretty powerful drone for its weight class. Thanks for letting us know!
Sorry for the late reply, I love the look of flying low over water or close to objects. You definitely have to be mindful of the pitch and wind speed and wind direction though. Do NOT rely on the sensors of the drone when flying over water, and initially start higher than you think if you'll be flying quickly. The drone tends to lose altitude when you fly fast or especially take off quickly. Also, be aware of rogue waves! I like in Ohio, so lake erie doesn't have many - but whenever I'm flying by an ocean it's something to be aware of! Again, sorry for the late reply and I might make a video about this topic!
I wouldn't advise buying Mavic Mini batteries, but if you're like me and have both you can use them and they work just fine. If you're buying batteries, I'd stick with the Fly more combo to start. Thanks for watching
Ive flown in 20+ mph winds with the mini 2. It holds its position very well. The only problem is flying into the wind, its very slow in normal mode. The gimbal jerk is something I didnt see in your vid. Thats the #1 problem with this drone. That must be mentioned. I live in Ny by the great lakes so every day is 20 mph winds. You stated not to fly above 10 or 15? Have you tested this drone in 20 mph winds? If not you should.
Hey there Will, I've flown in gusts of 20+ (Lake Erie is the lake in the test footage) and the footage isn't very usable. The wind blows the drone around a lot if you're flying close to objects. This is less apparent if you're flying further away (tip #9) but since this drone is a "beginner" drone and doesn't have strong motors staying out of high winds is pretty important. On a lake, for example, it's common to have a few strong gusts or the wind direction to change rapidly and less-experienced flyers may struggle with that change. By far, the most "lost" drone I've had people reach out to me about was the Mavic Mini 1 due to this. So you _can_ fly in higher speed winds than 10 or 12 (and there will probably be gusts of 15+ in those wind speeds), but if you're flying close to objects there will be a lot of bobbing and bouncing around in your footage, and flying farther away may result in you not being able to get your drone back home. A great thing to call out there though. You seem to be more than a beginner, and I made this video with the beginner in mind. Thanks for watching and your feedback
@@keith-knittel Great vid! I have been flying drones for awhile. I've had the dji p3 pro, bebop 2 power, mavic pro , and now the mini 2. I do agree that flying futher away is the best way to stop the drift look. I live on lake Erie about 15 min from Canada so wind is an every day thing. I have only seen the mini 2 really have to fight is when I fly in 20+. Even in normal mode the footage is still great. Sports mode is when I face issues of the gimbal tilt. Even though ive had this drone for a month ,flying further away from the object to stop the drift was something i never thought of!
Its very rare that I get a day where the wind is below 12 mph but have not really had any problems flying. Sport mode if it really picks up and closer to the ground for lower wind speeds. Im surprised how well it holds given its weight. Thanks for the Function button tip. Never knew that!
@@theodoreanderson3708 It can be done, but I like to fly close to objects and when I play back my footage - it seems that the higher wind speeds make my footage "bounce" back and forth a little bit while flying in a straight line. It's not terrible, but it's not ideal either. Flying far away from objects in higher winds will hide those shakes more, so it's really up to how you fly and what you're filming. You're welcome for the function button tip and thanks for watching and commenting!
I don't think the Mini 2 has any internal storage. The Air 2, 2S, 2 Pro and 2 Zoom have internal storage (not much), but the Mini series don't have any internal storage. Thanks for watching and commenting
@@keith-knittel But it does, 8Gb. All the models in Canada I have seen has it. Remove your SD card and you will see :). It's not listed as a feature but it does include it. The write speed are quite comparable a u3 as card allowing HD content.

@@keith-knittel for me I turn the drone on first (important part) then plug it in the computer on a usb c cable valid for data transfer, not just charging. If I don't do it in that order it won't allow me to access and the drone enters a charging mode

The drone can go faster with a tailwind - but going against the wind is going to be difficult. If you can go 30 in sport mode, but the wind is 30 mph, you’ll be burning a lot of battery and standing still or even going backwards slowing if the wind is gusting
@@keith-knittel yea ik im just talking about a calm day 1-2mph wind ofc very few will be flying at 30mph winds with a drone of this price range and not larger and more professional
Definitely not only for beginners, but this is a great entry point into drones - and many beginners get a "mini" series of drones as their first. It can give you some great results and it's so small, I take it with me as a back up drone on shoots just in case. Thanks for watching, Saul.
If I would have known it didn't have tracking like the mavic I would have told my wife to get the mavic air 2, love the drone and purchased a x2 replacment 1 yr plan from dji, but now regretting it cause of obstacle avoidance and no tracking. Already hit my first tree lol
If you didn't fly it yet, can you return everything? I'm not sure if you can return the drone and get the DJI care back if you've flown it? Let me know - thanks for watching
It really depends on your situation, but for the most part - state farm will be cheaper... if you never use it. If you use your insurance, your premiums go up. And if you bundle insurance like I do, I don't want all of my premiums to go up because of a camera - it's easier for me to use the DJI care.. but if you're a single person and only want drone insurance, state farm might be cheaper? But I'm that's a whole policy for just a drone. Rates will depend on your area as well. Do you have a state farm plan for your mini 2? How much did it cost if you don't mind me asking @jdubdoubleu?
@@keith-knittel depends. Usually $60-70 a year. It covers the drone and the drone only. No people, no property. Also, if you damage your drone while breaking the FAA rules, it won't cover it. From what I know state farm and geico insurance are for hobby flyers. If part 107, you may want to look into another insurance company. Skywatch drone insurance.
@@jdubdoubleu Thanks for the response! DJI care for 1 year is $49, but no long-term premiums that will increase for using it and it only covers the drone as well. Just depends on what your situation is and what you prefer to use. The deductible for using DJI care is $49, while my deductible for my home/auto/etc insurance is much higher. I should have mentioned that DJI care is not the same as insurance for flying with a part 107 commercially
The QuickTransfer is a cool feature but I don't often use it for the ff reasons: 1. Wifi, bluetooth, and location needs to be in and connecting my android device to the drone is quite finicky 2. It is fast, but wire transfer works faster for me 3. The dji app doesn't show the RAW version of the picture and I can't transfer RAW photos using quick transfer I instead just bought a type c to female USB adapter since I edit my pictures and videos in my phone anyways Great Video btw
I totally agree, Mark. The only time I use it is to send something to a friend quickly or post to instagram. It's a nice feature in a pinch, but 95% of the time I'll be using the cable (for how I use the camera). Thanks for watching!
It definitely can be used for some professional shoots, but it's lacking some of the more high-end features that the "Pro" line of drones have. It can give you good results, but the lens flare alone makes me weary to recommend this to pros. It's a fantastic drone, but the 'minimum' drone I'd use for reliable professional work is the Mavic Air 2. Thanks for watching
For the quick start modes, I turn the camera on while it's folded up and gimbal guard on all the time. Not saying that's a good thing! But nothing bad has happened yet to any of my drones. Thanks for watching
Good to know! Thanks for filling me in, I'm not familiar with other countries drone laws (they change all the time it seems like!) so thanks for adding that! And thanks for watching!
Haha to each their own! I'd like them if I could control when they happened. I'm actually a huge fan of lens flares on mirrorless cameras, but the Mini 2 seems to have some cheap-looking flares. Either way, thanks for stopping by and watching!
Do some of these RUclipsrs understand transferring files and speed, You can only transfer as fast as your phone can write data and in 100% of cases all memory and storage devices will read faster than they write and then you have to take into account the class of sd card your using in your drone or storage device cannot read any faster than it's spec, It's nothing to do with the drone it's spec of storage.
Hey there Adrian, I think it has to do with connection speed as well. The read/write speed of phones and the sd card of the drone is pretty high, I'm assuming the bottleneck of the speed here is the wifi / bluetooth connection while transferring files between devices? Thanks for watching
@@keith-knittel I think the max I've had with Bluetooth and WiFi is around 25-26mb/s which is still dandy but would be faster taking the card out and plopping it in an SD reader on the PC.
Do not use mavic mini batteries in mini 2! Different voltage and battery. Mini 2: polymer mini 1 ion. Dji specifically says not to use mini 1 batteries
On the FAQ page of the DJI site, under accessories, "Which Mavic Mini accessories can be used with the Mini 2?" - they list the Mavic Mini battery. You can't charge the 1 battery in a 2 charger or vice versa, but DJI says you can use the 1 batteries in the Mini 2. Where are you reading that you can't use them?
@@keith-knittel read warranty information. And watch a video or two on how a polymer vs Ion battery works there are completely different. They might work but doesn't mean you should be putting them in the mini 2. If the drone craps itself with a mini 1 battery DJI care will be void
several things i did not agree with, this is not a beginners drone. yes it is the cheapest one available but that does not make it a beginners drone. ive been flying drones for over 7 years and tell you that this drone can shoot amazing footage, its by no means solely meant for beginners. Also, just today i was flying it in 30mph wind with 40mph gusts, it was flying just fine. Youre acting like this isnt capable of even recording in those conditions lol come on man stop bashing an amazing machine.
Hey there, in my experience - lots of beginners purchase this drone for their entry point into drones and flying. The Mini 2 isnt only for beginners, but the way it's positioned in the DJI line up of drones, a lot of beginners end up purchasing this as their first drone and have no experience. That is the thought process I had in mind while making this video. I take it as a back up drone when I'm going out to film, if you understand it's strengths and weaknesses, you can get some awesome footage with this little drone! As for the wind, you can fly it in higher winds, but I like to fly closer to objects for getting my shots. The wind does push this drone around a lot and when flying close to objects the footage "bobs" back and forth pretty good. Flying further away helps mitigate this, but if you want to fly closer in heavy winds, theres a really good chance you'll fly into an object if your not careful. And since this video is positioned towards beginners, flying in heavy winds has a very high chance of not getting your drone back if you're not paying attention to wind direction. So you can, but you're obviously a more experienced drone pilot than most! Totally understand where youre coming from though, wasnt trying to bash the drone, just telling people to be careful! Thanks for watching and the great points.
I agree, I register all my drones but some people like the fact that you don't have to register it with the FAA (or your gov't if you're in a different country). I don't mind, but to some people it's a big deal. Thanks for watching
This depends on how far away you are and the wind speeds. I always try to make it home before my low battery warning starts ringing (mostly because I don't like the annoying low battery beep) I typically start flying back around 30% if i'm farther away, 20 if I'm close
@@anandyahamdi 1KM is really far in my book, I usually fly within 1000 feet from my remote controller. I'm typically filming and focusing on camera movements and I like the look of flying close to things. If you're flying and doing long haul flights, you really have to pay attention to the wind speed and direction. The wind changes the farther away and more you change elevation. If you're going 1km away from you with the mini 2, I'd honestly start coming home at 50% battery just to be safe. Larger drones like the Air 2S or Mavic 2's can battle the wind more, but the motors on the mini 2 can be overpowered by the wind and have to burn a lot of battery to get home safely. Not trying to steer you away from flying 1KM, just be aware of the wind!

Awesome info it's actually helpful

7:26 It actually has active tracking now, atleast I have it, or you can also use Litchi
what? you have the active tracking with the dji fly app? Are you sure it's mini 2?
@@hsko8007 litchi is a 3rd party app that allows tracking with the mavic mini
Wow - didn’t know that. I typically don’t use 3rd party apps to fly with but I’ll check that one out!
@@keith-knittel i don’t either but i’ve watched videos of it being used, close to the real thing but obv not as good & i wouldn’t use it esp because it doesn’t have obstacle avoidance

Hey there, not sure I understand your question
You turned on the drone with the camera protector on?
Fighting the wind with the Mini 2 is fun though! Except of course when you're filming!
Haha for strictly entertainment and fun - it's great! But for cinematic-looking footage not so much! I mostly fly just to film, so I'm a little conservative with my drone flying - but I still love ripping around in sport mode! Thanks for watching
Nice my friend!
Just got the mini 2..how far away can it actually go from homebase in km?
If there is heavy wind and you hit return to home can you put it in sport mode and will it return to home and sport mode?

Just a reminder for any UK flyers out there: As of 31 December 2020 you DO need to register the drone. (Check the CAA website)
Thanks for the heads up! I'm not on top of other countries rules, but thanks for pointing that out!
How to use and what is it for ? The Fn button
I just bought one, loved the vid, liked and followed 👍
Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for the support, hope you've enjoyed your Mini 2!
Great video. Quick question. When I turn on my Mini 2 (to use the quick transfer option) I would always remove the gimbal cap and open out the legs, is this necessary?
It’s not necessary to open the arms or the gimbal cover
That’s probably a good idea (but I don’t do it). Haven’t had any problems yet but if you want to be extra careful you can unfold the legs or at the very least remove the gimbal guard. Good question and thanks for watching
Excellent.
Many thanks!
The mini2 don’t fly like a beginners drone i love mines just got it like a week ago love the trick and tips!!
Also you look very high or is just me ?😁
Thanks for the kind words and 😂😂😂 Not the case haha. But you’re not the first person to suggest that.

Do you have any updates for fcpx? I don’t use fcpx so not sure how to trouble shoot what’s going on with your footage. Have you fixed this yet?
@@keith-knittel yes There was an update that I did on fcpx before I try to bring the footages in, but what I end up doing was I took the footages to compressor and converted them to pro res HQ and it works and it was able to play in fcpx.
Have you been able to use quick transfer for raw photos? Mine doesn’t seem to be able to, only jpeg photos show up.
You can only get your raw photos by putting your sd card in a pc or laptop. You can't get them on your phone or tablet.
For the quick transfer, it seems like it only sends jpgs or 720 / 1080 for trimmed clips. You can send the full res video but it takes forever. The best editing and transfer speeds will come from transferring to a computer. Thanks for watching
Hi Keith,
Great tips!
@@keith-knittel
Hi Keith,
I’m using Samsung Evo (U3) rated for 4K.
The color spearing happens when I point gimbal down or forward. This happened on cloudy day with ample daylight and sunny day. Drone never crashed nor accidentally dropped.

I notice that you flew very low over water. Can you elaborate on the risks precautions and recommendations of doing this please?
Sorry for the late reply, I love the look of flying low over water or close to objects. You definitely have to be mindful of the pitch and wind speed and wind direction though. Do NOT rely on the sensors of the drone when flying over water, and initially start higher than you think if you'll be flying quickly. The drone tends to lose altitude when you fly fast or especially take off quickly. Also, be aware of rogue waves! I like in Ohio, so lake erie doesn't have many - but whenever I'm flying by an ocean it's something to be aware of! Again, sorry for the late reply and I might make a video about this topic!
Video is very good.
Thank you very much!
I don't get why you want to use the Mavic Mini's battery? Getting the fly more combo or just buy more batteries is a much better solution for me.
The mini 2 does have a 8gb internal memory?
I don't think the Mini 2 has any internal storage. The Air 2, 2S, 2 Pro and 2 Zoom have internal storage (not much), but the Mini series don't have any internal storage. Thanks for watching and commenting
@@keith-knittel But it does, 8Gb. All the models in Canada I have seen has it. Remove your SD card and you will see :). It's not listed as a feature but it does include it. The write speed are quite comparable a u3 as card allowing HD content.

As far as I know the absolute max wind speed it can take drone my test is 30mph that’s at max max tho in sport mode where you can hit 34-36mph
The drone can go faster with a tailwind - but going against the wind is going to be difficult. If you can go 30 in sport mode, but the wind is 30 mph, you’ll be burning a lot of battery and standing still or even going backwards slowing if the wind is gusting
@@keith-knittel yea ik im just talking about a calm day 1-2mph wind ofc very few will be flying at 30mph winds with a drone of this price range and not larger and more professional

not a beginners drone but definitely beginner friendly
Definitely not only for beginners, but this is a great entry point into drones - and many beginners get a "mini" series of drones as their first. It can give you some great results and it's so small, I take it with me as a back up drone on shoots just in case. Thanks for watching, Saul.

If I would have known it didn't have tracking like the mavic I would have told my wife to get the mavic air 2, love the drone and purchased a x2 replacment 1 yr plan from dji, but now regretting it cause of obstacle avoidance and no tracking. Already hit my first tree lol
Get insurance from state farm. Its cheaper and better
Heilpful tips.
Glad you liked them and thanks for watching!
The QuickTransfer is a cool feature but I don't often use it for the ff reasons:
1. Wifi, bluetooth, and location needs to be in and connecting my android device to the drone is quite finicky
2. It is fast, but wire transfer works faster for me
3. The dji app doesn't show the RAW version of the picture and I can't transfer RAW photos using quick transfer
I instead just bought a type c to female USB adapter since I edit my pictures and videos in my phone anyways
Great Video btw
I totally agree, Mark. The only time I use it is to send something to a friend quickly or post to instagram. It's a nice feature in a pinch, but 95% of the time I'll be using the cable (for how I use the camera). Thanks for watching!
It is a professional drone
It definitely can be used for some professional shoots, but it's lacking some of the more high-end features that the "Pro" line of drones have. It can give you good results, but the lens flare alone makes me weary to recommend this to pros. It's a fantastic drone, but the 'minimum' drone I'd use for reliable professional work is the Mavic Air 2. Thanks for watching
Not all mini 2 weigh the same. Why? Mine weighs 238 grams.
You just turned the drone on with the gimbal cover still mounted
For the quick start modes, I turn the camera on while it's folded up and gimbal guard on all the time. Not saying that's a good thing! But nothing bad has happened yet to any of my drones. Thanks for watching
Zino mini pro is going to knock DJI out of its socks.
Haven’t heard if this - will have to look it up!
Just to confirm, in the UK at least you now need an operator ID for this drone
Good to know! Thanks for filling me in, I'm not familiar with other countries drone laws (they change all the time it seems like!) so thanks for adding that! And thanks for watching!
am i the only one who think the lens flare sometimes can make the image look Nice, like and rose color filter lmfao
An extremely important amendment to your quick transfer tip is that you lose quality so you should not be using that for 4K
Very true! I think I mentioned that in another video, but may not have in this one. Good catch! Thanks for watching, Joe.
@@keith-knittel 👍 And thank you for posting!
several things i did not agree with, this is not a beginners drone. yes it is the cheapest one available but that does not make it a beginners drone. ive been flying drones for over 7 years and tell you that this drone can shoot amazing footage, its by no means solely meant for beginners.
Registering your drone??? 5 bucks who cares when the bird was almost 400..........
I agree, I register all my drones but some people like the fact that you don't have to register it with the FAA (or your gov't if you're in a different country). I don't mind, but to some people it's a big deal. Thanks for watching
mini 2 beginner drone(Manual)?...Air 2 professional drone(Automatic)?.....Say this to WW2 Pilot(Manual)......hahaha..
With mini 2 at what percents of battery should we go home?
This depends on how far away you are and the wind speeds. I always try to make it home before my low battery warning starts ringing (mostly because I don't like the annoying low battery beep) I typically start flying back around 30% if i'm farther away, 20 if I'm close
@@keith-knittel At what km considered far? Is 1 km far?
Very cool tips!!
Glad you like them! 🤘
