A special event that involves the mother of Rolf, Boyd, and Oscar.
Key Notes:
To trigger this conversation, one of the three siblings must have spoken to the woman inside the house of the center in Part III's Chapter 1 map. Bring someone else and their mother will give you a Seraph Robe instead of activating the conversation at the start of the next chapter.
Comments:
Rolf is actually lying. He KNOWS she's his mother. Why else would he say she looked familiar to him?
Also, I truthfully think she at least deserved a more formal meeting.

There's something raw about this scene that's so unlike the rest of the game's writing. The mother is scum for what she did, but I always felt bad for her. People do make mistakes.
It sucks that you have to choose between this and a Seraph Robe though lol

I'm a dood who was introduced into the series through Awakening. Exploring the older games has been really fun. Still going through Blazing sword right now, but if the Tellius series is this consistent, I have a lot to look forward to
the Telius duo is amazing!!
Mariokemon I was in the same steps, but path of radiance is tedious to Me for how slow the animations are.
I can't believe I never knew of this scene when I played this game 4-5x way back... damn. Makes me want to replay this game and bring all 3 of them to the tower lol

It's a few optional scenes compared to...something else in those two games. It's not exactly a good comparison.
I mean I've played both intensively.
So, no, there *is* no comparison. The quality of writing in the later game's just ain't up tae snuff.
