Got this last week after looking at various reviews on other units, my first choice was the Eversolo but I’m so glad I did not buy it, it’s a machine with lots of built in features but will become a obsolete item within years, the CXN100 will be used by me in many ways due to most things being on hard disk or usb.
Already joined Qobuz so much better than using old cds etc, I’m at present just converting loads of music/radio in to Flac folders for future use.

Cambridge Audio should reintroduce a newly updated Azur range. There is currently nothing between the relatively inexpensive CX lineup and the expensive Edge one.
I was thinking that too. I wonder though if the gap between them, price aside is much smaller now…

I have CXN V2 connected to CXA 81.
I am considering to connect a power amplifier to CXN V2 instead of CXA 81.
Is this technically correct?
Streamer And Pre Amplifier by XLR to Power Amplifier.
Does XLR output voltage matter to Amp?
How much should it be?
What device do you recommend other than CXN V2 or CXN 100?

Hey! The V2 can act as a digital preamp, so you can technically add any power amplifier to it and it should work. As far as voltage, I’m not the one to ask I’m the least technical reviewer out there! :)

I think the eversolo dmp-a6 is the better product in pretty much every way , as I mentioned in my own review.

I wish they would have went AKM. The glare from a lot of ESS implementations gets fatiguing after a while.
I feel the same way, but let's wait for some in-depth, hands-on reviews before making a final judgement.
