Yes! Keep the 8520 and fit a loader with a 15fot blade with wings on the front and a massive snowblower on the rear 🤘
A narrowly averted go pro trag-isty! my fav new word of the day! stay warm boys
The shorts in the clean out is a bad idea ?
!! They will end up sliding down and then you will have a plugged drain
Seeing you two work together is the most fun! And prayers go out to Nicole !
Enjoyable videos!!!
HELL YESS!!!!!! I LOVE Tito's VODKA
Praying
Whew, for a moment there, when Chet mentioned using a Sawzall to cut the top out of the big plastic tote, I was thinking; "they aren't planning on using that for a new burn barrel, are they?"
Oil filters.
Demco or Chem-Farm saddle tanks would be a good option for the 9rx Demco has a 600gal set, and Chem-Farm has up to 520gal tanks
I second chem-farm Kelley Engineering in Indiana builds brackets and sells the tanks
we have demco and like them
Chem farm is the way to go
The struggle bus is real !!
orange safety cone
We have FAST ss tanks on our T Track planter tractor I believe it is 750 gallons they are nice tuck up in between the hood and tracks we farm by Benson and my boss is looking at building a new shop and really would like him to see your shop if that’s possible get ahold of me
Why did you get your platform for your forklift from?
That new deere is thiccc with 3 c's
Why did he get stuck
For content.
Don’t let Chet make you get rid of the 8520. You brought him into this world he can’t tell you what to do😂
The big Swede didn't get stuck by accident. The boys just needed a "reason " to get out the new ride and give her a go!!
You guys do this for show
I was waiting for you fall to the pit come on no fur.
I think we need some of the big swedes story, how he came to be at the farm and all that.
No idea how I got here but I am glad I did!
Fancy meeting you here. I sub to your channel, watch this one occasionally, and saw your comment on Feb 8th.
Likewise
You should check out Millenial Farmer too.
You should do a video when you guys coyote hunt. Do you use dogs or calls how do you guys do it. We use dogs in our group down here in Iowa!!
Nicole, and the rest of the family, is still in my prayers for a total healing.
Amen, from me too!
Nicole our family down here in central Iowa are praying for healing and for everybody else in the family to lay their hands on you and to ease your pain, Doug and Tracy
Hey big Swede, that's a bobcat not a snowcat!🤣
Prayers Nichole.
God bless.
@john mcgee Brian doesn’t need your negativity, the others haters are doing a great job.
@john mcgee God bless you and your family.
She Need's our prayers for a full recovery and God's blessing. She's beautiful and we need her
@john mcgee I tried explaining this to you the other day and you ignored me. You don’t care about the truth.
@john mcgee God bless you John !! I
Dougo, if you let the 8520 go it won't be gone 2 days and you will be wishing you had kept it.
So true.
When is dogo going to get a new truck everybody else is getting new trucks when I am
New to your channel and I’m just seeing about your wife man praying for all the best
At least he´s burried her good and proper so you could justify firing up the new Deere. 🤣 Classic monday.
Clean tools make for a good feeling when working.
Big fan of the loader idea. A guy can never have too many loaders!
we put a hitch on the corn planter and pull a all wheel steer cart. works great for us and only have to fill up in the mornings
Hey Dougo, I love your loader idea for the 8520! 👍 Farm on.
I wish our equipment was as clean as yours the only thing we take care of is pickup trucks
Lake State Mfg makes tank mounts for 9Rx's that look nice. You can put one on each track frame and carry 2000 gallons. They are also fairly close to you in the southern part of your state (maybe across the border in South Dakota).
Let Dougo have a massive loader tractor. I wanna see that. Get a 12' snowblower for that.
Better than the millennial farmer that kid whines way to mutch
How has Nikki been?
These Larson's they clean more than they farm 🤣😂
I think the floor scrubber has been in every episode since they got it! 🤣🤣
No... The CornStars clean more than farm.
@@caseybhargraves3696 lmao they aren't to far behind...
My farm could use any of your tractors. We 4 Massey Ferguson’s from the early 70’s or feeding 1,000 head of cattle. And we have one newer tractor with 250 hp for the field we farm 2,500 acres
Paint a mark on the side of the shed to show there's something there and the distance it is away ,just like fire hydrants in Britain.
You just wanted a reason to fire up the new Deere! Hilarious!
That sounds like a plan!
Chet and Dougo, go with the demco saddle tanks. They have a stout bracket and frame, plus you can put dual 600 gallon tanks. And I’ll buy the 8520. She’ll look good plowing cotton and peanuts 😎 Dougo, I’ll sweeten the deal,,,, you can come down and see it’s going to a good home, I’ll take you out huntin hogs out of a helicopter,,,, Texas style! Bring your AR!
Check out Lakestate Manufacturing for tanks, great quality and great guys...
You keep the cleanest equipment I have ever seen.
Larson and Boarder View Farms keep clean equipment.
Id say cole the cornstar is a little more up keep the wax the crap out of there stuff
@@tommyboy256 just because you wax the crap out of it, doesn’t mean it’s looked after well
@@jackbannock3458 true but they do wax everything and keep up with everything as best as they can
Hey Nicole and family I am praying for you daily I am praying that this will be a complete healing and you and Chet will live happily together. I know I don't know you and Chet very well except thru RUclips and Instagram and Facebook and other streaming sources however I know it's awesome to have someone like Chet to take care of you so my prayers are with you guys and the family and give Toby a big hug for me and you guys are in my prayers and God bless you guys and I look forward to rejoicing with you and Chet and the family on a positive outcome God bless
Loader? quicke.org/products/frontloaders/q8m/ For the saddle tanks, there loads on farming simulator, just edit the xml file to increase the capacity ;)
at least when you get stuck in the winter unless theres road salt in the snow it pretty much washes itself no muddy mess
‘’Them Welker boys and that fast Tony’’ that’s hilarious
5:03 -- Yeah, he's from Minnesota, dontcha know.
Spend the money and put a John Deere loader on. I think Wes Pandy regrets his Westendorf on his 8120
put a bollard in front of the pipes?
how do we get the link to see how you are doing?I am just not that smart to know.Thanks.
JD 840 with the electric over hyd joystick.
Hey guys please read the description for a link to Nikki's caring bridge site for updates on now well she is doing. Thank you Amy for the updates.
That floor scrubber is just begin' for a Suicide Knob on the steering wheel! One hand to steer. The other hand for videoing, or, ummm, a "beverage". 🤠
Put a PERMANENT mount and camera on the sweeper. Dougo, " I'll take ya around the shop now with the Floor Sweeper Cam, (FSC)". lol
Instead of hanging an 800 gallon elliptical tank weighing 664lbs in front of an already 4000lb 13.5L diesel engine & radiator , ,, it would be prudent to hang a tank on the rear of the 9RX to equalize the weight ~ except there's no 20,000lb 3pt lift to fabricate a tank cradle onto. OOPS.
"Crazy Guy" Dougo's the best!
Just a thought...leave the dang yank um in the big shop...winter is far from done, just sayin
JD just released updates to 2021 8RX series tractors. They have a built-in 1000 gallon rear fender setup w/ lines, hoses, etc to hook up to their updated 2021 ExactRate planters. Really cool!
Haha. The steps are not dangerous without a go pro in your hand. Lol
Maybe a tractor company needs to make a RUclips cab....
Welcome from Slovenia
Watching Chet could really help some people learn how to act at work. He needed DEF so since he needed to return the chains to their proper place ( 😮). Whilst he was there he filled the DEF fluid BUT instead of pulling out his phone while the DEF was pumping he cleared the snow away from the doorway and so on. He never stands around and waits to be told what to do. How can you not want to be better at your own job. I noticed that some people can keep themselves busy and some can’t- who would you hire?
Eric is the same, most farmers are the same or they wouldn’t survive.
I always worked for family and wanted them to appreciate me. I didn’t want them to give me a chance at a job and then be in the awkward position to have to fire me. I did a lot of work on cars- from turning wrenches to bodywork. I never walked to my toolbox, I trotted I guess you’d say. I just always wanted to be the best at whatever I was doing. Once I learned a skill, I got to take that skill with me to my next job. That made me more valuable to any employer.
I don’t know why I am the way I am but I’m grateful to my parents for raising me the way they did. I’ve always been successful for the most part.
It would seem that Chet’s parents have done the same for him.
Chet may be tired and bruised but I’m willing to bet that most days he’s exceptionally happy!
Thanks for showing the value of a hard day’s work
What kind of interior cleaner do you use in the 8520 you did in this video?......aka whats's in the purple bottle?
Still praying day and night for Nicole. Doug said in a past video there was a complication so I will be praying even more. Waiting for Nicole to ring the bell.
If you go through that many filters, you should look at getting a filter crusher, drains and smashes them like pop cans, For the clean outs, pour a 3x3 slab ground level and put in 2 brass cover adjustable cleanouts made by oatey. Skidsteer will skid right over em
Like your shop
Check out lake state tanks we ran front duals for potato planting and carried 800 gallons total 10-34-0. The frames went over the duals amazing thing
I can't argue with Dougo but what would you guys even do with a loader? You don't make hay or anything like that.... But I do like the idea of keeping it.
On second thought, could use it as a boarder planter? Keep the big guy in the nice and straight sections of the fields.
On your filter tote. Don’t cut the top off. Nor remove cross braces. If it’s outside it will fill with water, oil mix. Dang 16 minute. Too late. I would cut a door put hinged cover. Cut one end to dump.
I would keep the 8520 so you have a backup if your rx has a problem and doesn't leave you shut down when it's go time.
Tell the big Swede to calm down. My girlfriend uses this app man...😅🤣
If you just call it, HERE KITTY KITTY HERE KITTY KITTY!!!! It come right to ya!!!
Any excuse to play with the new toys, do you think The big Swede got stuck on purpose.......? DEF update ? would that be to do way with it - hopefully. Did you edit the bit where Dugo stamped his feet, held his breath and rolled around on the floor as a protest to keep the tractor ?
Thats ok Eric...you are too cute to be mad at! Not stupid, once again just in the wrong place at the wrong time!!!😂
The delightful adapter industrially continue because brother-in-law extraorally announce till a elated nest. abiding, splendid dorothy
Nicole, I hope that you are doing the best that you can and know that I'm thinking about you and wishing you well.
The endurable net findingsinitially label because michael conversely sign than a male brochure. responsible, dirty promotion
John Deere makes a loader for those sized tractors. It's called the H480 loader
Maybe you can find a used one and shine it up
These guys crack me up they Doug and The big swede have really started getting into the camera thing . Chin up Nikki . When the going gets tough the tough get going
How’s Nickole been? Are you gonna keep the 8520 tank either way if you use it on the 9rx or not?
Get a koyker loader their built heavy as hell and expensive but it’s worth the money. We have one on our 8100 and it’s great
I would’ve just drop the filters through the cap on top then cut the top off when it’s full since your storing it out side. Just sayin 🤓
Good idea.
Hey Chet good Video check with Kelly Engineering in Indiana they handle saddle tanks for articulated tractors
Lakestate, Mfg makes saddle tanks for the 9RX
How do you guys like that Schaeffer's oil?
get a filter crusher so it doesnt take up as much room. you know a can crusher.. like jiffy lube uses.
Those aren’t Merlin’s shorts.....those have “pimp daddy” Doug-O written all over them. Heck Chet you may have been concieved after a night on the town in those babies just sayin’.
Why not get a waste oil burner heater to help keep shop warm? Just an idea. Beats spending money to haul it off.
If you ever find an old propane tank cut it apart for a burn barrel and it will last forever. Ours is about 10 years old and still going strong.
You should keep the old 8520!!! And trade the old blower tractor in stead
Hi Democrat do a twin 300 gallon saddle tank set up for the 9rx giving you 600 gallon total.
Why’d you say Democrat? They aren’t stupid
Spellcheck issues. Meant to say Demco. Sorry.
@@iaincampbell285 oh, I thought you were calling them stupid!
Doug o keep 8520 a loader would work good. Maybe a front mounted snowblower
Ya know, a Cobbler can replace that boot sole the right way! And, it will be fixed!
OMG !! The Big Swede wears "Daisey Dukes" !!
Did Dougo find out The Big Swede got the bobcat stuck
Big Swede's quote, "Nothing to see here, keep moving". lol
Another thing i don’t know if you guys do it but how ever you do it i shoot holes in my barrels with my .22 and then sit the barrel on cement blocks they last a little longer that way
Ya guys need Cole the cornstar and his dad too wash and wax all your quad tracks and tractors... Lol.
And at least ya did it on MONDAY💪💪 nobody thinks anything about it😂😂
wondering why you dont use the old oil in waste oil heaters to heat all the buildings, provide hot water, ect...
Love the vids how in the world did you get it stuck
Couldn't you find a bigger tractor to pull out the Sjidsteer?
Could you show how your combine flags are mounted on the augers???
If your trading in the 8520 you could also trade in the t track and get another new planter tractor
