I do like this plate carrier. Only complaint I have is the use of the agilite side plates. They add quite a bit of girth to it all. Definitely is made for a sleeker body than my own. 5'8 200 lbs.
@bLackstar I agree. The side plates have molle on em, but it is so loose that it's useless. I'm happy with the plate carrier overall, but I can see picking something else up down the road.
what I have yet to see is videos of people wearing the carrier then taking the AMAP on and off without removing the carrier. Thats what sells the gear. I want to see the ease or difficulty of that
From experience, your comments about mesh and breathing well are absolutely false. It’s there for comfort, not to increase air flow and decrease the heat pocket experienced when wearing body armor. Great review though!

Just got my K19 and AMAP 3 in green, replacing my trex arms AC1 as primary. Initial impressions are really good. Feels quality, and the AMAP is slick

Just purchased the K-19 AMAP and the camelback. Looks so slick with or without the applications.
Got a k19 just waiting on the Amap 3. K19 is super comfy. I like the fact you can use the Amap as a regular backpack too.
