Having both Mars and rahu influencing the 5th house (unless it's Mars own house) gives extremely difficulties in having children. I can't remember the name of the yoga but to have kids one will almost always will have to use medical support.
Sounds like I'm supposed to be super healthy & athletic which is true. Mars in capricorn & I got his friend sun in capricorn too. Like you said.. all the minerals 😋 I used to be competitive, lose or die, win till I die 😂. As I get older I understand my only enemy is me & my own self discipline.

Waiting to hear you mention psychiatrists and psychologists as career choice. I’ve seen many psyche people with a mars atmakarka. (Highest degree planet )or mars placed In 1st house or evelavated.
I think we need some revision on what planets in bad dignity mean... debilitated planets can give better results than exalted planets can give because more hard work is required of you to master that energy.
When you understand the qualities of both planets, this makes sense. Much of the old texts don't spell things out bit by bit, but they expect the students to contemplate the reasons and find the logical answers. I have a deblitated mars but I'm a very good cook I'm actually a pastry chef and surgery are very beneficial for me. Maybe because its retrograde? I heard db rx planets act like exalted? Is that true?
I don't know if it acts like exalted or not, but I watched another video of Ryan, and he said retrogradation of a planet increases its strength. So that's probably why you're actually good at pastry chef. Also remember to consider other factors and lajjitadiaa avastha for the whole picture.
Mars is a chef as well and the sign of Cancer shows home and kitchen. Debilitated mars makes a 10 times better chef than an exalted Mars. Mars in Cancer makes an excellent chef. Exalted Mars is more about the law and government. Makes an excellent soldier, policeman, official.
Hey Ryan great videos. Correct me if I am wrong, but I always thought, Mars deals with whipping up a meal without cutting fingers, and burning the kitchen down. Before I go to someone’s house I always check their Venus and Mercury because Venus blends, and Mercury blends and tastes, together you get the perfect combination.
Mercury rules the sense of smell, and so that can help to pick out best spice combinations. Venus seems to work better with baking or confectionary things. Mars knows how to use the fire and the utensils. You need a combination of certain planets to be good at certain things. When it comes to desserts I look for someone with a good Venus. Mercury helps a person do everything better.

I am attracting people who have Mars EXACTLY in square (90 degrees) aspect to my Natal Mars in Aries (in 12th) from the end of Capricorn. My mars is in the 11th in libra and conjunct within two degrees of ketu.. venus its dispositor in the 9th.. sun in the 8th with exalted Jupiter. This surely hints of some level of weakness because of conjunction of ketu and the despositors despositor in the 8th. Mars id exalted in the 2nd in the navamsa, ketu in the first with jupiter and saturn though.. i guess one takes all these things together while determining its strength?
It depends on what aspect of your life you are looking at from these planets specifically to determine the strength, but yes, you have to way all the indications related to the area of life in question and see how it averages out.

For the indications of Mars, check dignity of Mars. Check Shadbala. Check the house Mars rules over. Consider Mars in the d3 and d9 specifically. Look at Ishta and Kashta to Mars and the Lajjitaadi Avashtas effecting mars. Consider the rashi aspects to the sign Mars is in. All these will have an influence.
Really what it comes down to is... what exactly do you want to know about Mars? Mars is indicative of so many things, as are all the planets. This is why a good foundation in techniques and principles is so important. They allow you to determine what part of the planet do you want to analyze. Take your time, and you'll get it.

Check nakshatra and aspect on Mars. Check in Navamsa as well. Overall chart needs to be examined

Yes it does. That is a very important part of compatibility. I often look to see how planets overlay between two charts.
