I have a 2016 Infiniti Q50 RS with the Premium Bose audio system with about 14 speakers including a Subwoofer. I am pleased with the sound of this system, however; the interface is lacking especially after the loss of the InTouch system function due to wireless carrier 3G discontinuance. I want to know about the preamp/amp of this MK6 unit, and does it alter the sound quality of the Bose Centerpoint, Bose AudioPilot, and Surround sound systems of the factory head unit? I read that the MK6 has a 4 x 45w per channel amp, how does that work with the factory Bose system which has more channels?
MK6 是keep the oem intouch system, Two systems in one. So it will not affect your sound quality, and this unit also has its own DSP, which can make your volume go further. As for the 4*45w you asked about, it is for aftermarket speakers.
Hello I’ve recently started having trouble with viewing videos on Netflix. It’s showing it on the entire screen and not showing right ? I updated Netflix but it didn’t fix the problem ? How do I fix?
The brightness on my screen is very low in the day time, I can’t even see my back up camera or the screen at all forced to use my mirrors, my brightness is at full but it is not even visible in the daytime, every time I go under a bridge the CarPlay disconnects for whatever reason and it’s a very short bridge like a highway bridge. Is there a factory setting to allow "Boot Animation"? The unit in the demo shows an option for Boot Animation, but the unit I received only allows the changing of the Boot Logo.
What app do I use for the rca in? There’s usually a stock app that comes with the unit. The mark 6 doesn’t have one. I looked everywhere. @@julioperezm2182 So I've had this unit for around 5 months already and overall it's been great! Being able to have access to apps like Netflix, RUclips, web browsing and online content on a large screen in your car is dope (of course used responsibly). The interface is solid and high quality with many awesome feautures. Of coarse its not perfect and has had some imperfections. For example getting it installed in my car was quite the project and took longer than expected. At times the CarPlay connection would stuttered when I would drive to areas with bad signal, but nothing that drove me crazy. I also had a little trouble getting the SIM card connected to the unit but eventually figured it out. But like I said overall it really it a great upgrade to a stereo system that is completely out of date. It's not for everyone but if you have the money and don't mind some minor things happening once in a while, I would recommend it for sure.

This is a normal phenomenon, your original car is also like this, when your co-pilot is no one, the light will come on, when someone is sitting on the seat, the light will not come on
@@Snaky_The_God that happen to me too bro. You have to either go to the dealership or buy an obd2 scanner that has the ability to reset the airbag light on the dash. Maybe autozone can also help with that. I ended just buying a Foxwell scanner that was able to reset it. Hope this helps

Why does my a/c number keep reading high when I turn my car on and when are you guys going to make an update to fix it? I didn’t pay $1000 to have to see that every time I turn on my car and neither should anyone else
This is only the default display, you can see it in your intouch system, you need to turn on your air conditioner, and to turn on the air conditioner, our unit will read data from the oem inctouch system to change the read value

Really don’t know why people where buying before they upgraded it. You just had a bigger delayed screen .I’m still probably waiting for the 7. This something you should only have to buy once
It should be stuck in the logo state. You need to format and upgrade, and then formatting and upgrading cannot solve the problem, you can only replace the core board.
Just so everyone knows when you download the zip file. And then inside the unzipped file there is another zipped unzip that aswell. And then load everything inside the usb. Just transfer the actually file and not the folder it self. And it should work

why are these units so slow? the mk5 looks just as slow as this one. response time is horrible for a 1k product. you can find a tablet you can overclock online for hundreds cheaper...
I had the same issue. My T-Mobile SIM card was not being read and I had to figure out the card has to be positioned in the holder correctly. It took some time, but I was finally able to get it positioned correctly and it works flawlessly now. NO MORE HOT SPOTS!!

This function has been cancelled in MK6, the reason is that the Qualcomm chip we use does not have this channel, I am very sorry for that

The lumens of the screen are between 500-800, so it not affect viewing. Did you adjust the brightness

Wayyy too glitchy. I don't recommend the MK6. I'm in my second unit. And going another direction. It's a great concept. But NOT reliable.
