If a skilled journalist can’t find it, how would an ordinary person on the internet find it? They even said, the lawyers for Netflix haven’t been able to find any documents.
Additionally, Gadd has admitted that he did not press charges, so he didn’t even talk with the police.
Finally, Fiona’s lawyer has tried to look for evidence too… I’m sure you know what I’m going to say.

How many people do you think that watched his interview compared to how many watched the show?

which episode/ where can i find the disclaimer that it isn't true?
I think although the point of changing the story was to help her hide her identity, they definitely could've done a better job - because she was found almost instantly.
I think saying "its down to her she went public and hadn't deleted her social media" is quite unfair. Netflix made a programme which portrayed her negatively, and resulted in her getting death threats, harrassed et. She was basically already public by this point - the similarities made were just too strong and were not done well enough to hide her identity. Therefore she felt pressured to go public explain her side of the story and say that a lot of the things said were untrue. Is it not unfair that netflix did a series that has caused her to go through these a lot of grievance without any dialogue/consultation with her? They wrote a story about her, potentially exaggerated her actions to the point that they are seen as a terrible person, and then said " i'm not going to take any accountability that you are now receiving death threats and have to go AWOL on social media". Come on, they are somewhat the cause of her grievance.
i understand that she 100% could've done everythign said in the series, but if there's even a chance that she didn't do all those things that's defamation. i understand that part of her actions have caused her to go through this, but also netflix has exacerbated the repercussions.
I think piers wants to squeeze the money, but i think it was good he gave her a platform on which to express her story.
