Malayalam movies like Kannur Squad, Aavesham, Bramayugam, Manjummel Boys all performed well. They didn't thrust down any heroine or item song on our throat. The condition of bollywood is so bad that even Indian remake of an action drama movie like "First Blood" will contain useless romantic songs and unwanted female presence that will single handedly slow down the fast paced movie. Malayalam movies are setting an example of ideal filmmaking and storytelling.
Come on, in Matrix Keanu literally comes back to life and becomes the one after his true love's kiss (kinda like sleeping beauty). Its the execution which matters. Love/heart being the resolution was in many hollywood sci fi movies, Apart from Matrix we have Avatar, Inception, Star Wars and many more sci fi movies with same theme.
@@harish123azMatrix 4 is what happens when they follow Bollywood's grammar for sci fi movie.Matrix 1 is a standard monomyth man,yes Trinity and her love plays a crucial role but it never takes a center stage,no one sees matrix and think what a love story,it's all about matrix and Neo and sorta parallel between Buddha's journey as well...I think Bollywood lacks both focus of story, confidence in audience and sure execution as well
@@harish123az Bollywood is dramatic dude, everything has to be f...in dramatic and not the good kind, its dramatic to the point of laughable and i see many audience supporting that, nothing is subtle. Apart from inception(I think its more about pain and trauma), neither Avatar nor star wars stand test of time, Star wars has huge nostalgia element in North america like how shaktimaan or Junior G was for us and also it has characters that are cool. In India we get such morally on high horse characters that makes me think no human can be like this
My favourite sci-fi moment was Dr. Agni in ‘Raaz’. Ashutosh Rana was so good he convinced you that a lemon used as a pendulum can find a corpse with unfinished business.

It's simple, bollywood spends more money on getting the graphics right and completely ignore the plot. In the end, both graphics and plot is a disaster.
@@TriedRefusedProductions but you can't deny the sheer amount of time and production hell it took for it to get there. To make a movie with that quality of visual effects is an insane feat and i respect it, but it also implied the negligence of proper dialogue writing, which is my biggest gripe with bramhastra. Tho I think a good example of a movie which balanced it's visuals with a decent-ish story is Fighter (the songs were unnecessary tho)
definitely.. and the points where you see something happening which is not random.. it is cause and effect and carefully planned to be available at a certain time. lovely
I don't that is the problem they don't know how to do it right there are so many movies who has romance and comedy which adds to the plot you need to flesh out each characters instead of just assigning them as a tool to the lead.
I am so scared about KALKI as well and especially about Disha patani's role. I mean if she plays the love interest in the movie, it's gonna be tough to sit through her scenes.
Only if the love story is adding to the plot like tbh without the emotional gravity movies look incomplete but the love stories are so jarring that it makes movies sluggish and female writting is worse..
I think the anticipation was also one of the major reasons why Bramhastra didn’t click , it’s like you expected to see the Snyder cut but ended up having the Whedon version! Hope Ayan proves us wrong with the next instalment
@br0ken_107 Tujhe lagi ho aur tere samjh se baahar bhi ho sayad. It's has the most elaborate established power system of any movie released now in Indian cinema. Name any movie which has better power system than Brahmastra I will wait. Things I like about the movie - best power system and one of the best movie in its genre - Music and the shloks used, each major astra has its own shlok, bgm - Easter egg types details - Fight sequence and Action blocks - VFX
I think Ganapath should not even be bought into the sci fi genre . It is just a martial art film disguised as post apocalyptic to lure audience into coming into the theatre
exactly, its frustrating when every damn movie just has to have an unnecessary, sometimes forced, love interest and romantic song...which a lot of the times just ruins the vibe of the movie
It’s one of the most frustrating things when you are interested in a scifi plot only to have to sit through an exhausting montage of characters who you don’t care about, dancing, singing songs, falling in love, with no real implication on the core plot. Even the younger me only enjoyed RaOne the most when Arjun Rampal was on screen. I am hoping for Kalki to be a solid film that doesn’t lose focus, but I will still keep my expectations low. We don’t even need some groundbreaking sci-fi idea, what we need is a simple idea with great execution (And good marketing). Something like Tumbbad for example.
agreeing with what irfan sir said, even in a big budget movie, the producers have to feed the ''superstars' half of what they're putting into the films. indian movies, especially bollywood revolves around their actor's offscreen persona than putting efforts in filmmaking, but a majority of indian audience are also to be blamed, coz they can watch another 'kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan.' just to watch its starring cast. no wonder film makers choose not to put efforts into their films.
Best sci-fi movies in Bollywood - 1. Sir Atlee Nolan's Jawanception. 2. Sir Tiger Pacino's Baaghi franchise. 3. Sir Aamir Hanks' Thugs Of Hindostan. 4. Sir Ayan Cameron's Bhrahmastra.
True and also copying is not a problem in general but if you take any inspiration from anything it’s but the thing is , if you do anything original only few people will appreciate it now a days but people will discriminate more now
I mean there are elements of Harry Potter in Brahmastra and Terminator in Ra One but they can be effective films if they take inspiration from these movies: The problem however is they half ass the same because their plots go in several directions, leading to it not being a sci film but a mix of romance, comedy and some sci fi
See the sad reality is that Indian movies are never going to outshine Hollywood movies in terms of VFX, cinematography etc . Even 20 years ago Hollywood was giving better VFX compared to Indian movies now . The main usp of Indian movies are emotions and no one can deny that ,even movies who are having bad VFX but story is connecting audiances are working. The failure of movies like ra one and bhramastra is because of poor storyline . The only way we can compete with Hollywood is by telling great cultural stories through emotions for ex tumbad ,bhramayugam etc which is going to be a new experiences for the audiances
It always come down to the same thing: inconsistency of vision, lack of great writing, and actors failing to service the story. Even Kalki looks like it's building a world for Prabhas. I like your no-holds-barred critiques of the industry. Keep going.
Irrfan khan I miss you too much, you are the actor who bought realism and naturalism in movies that we lost during colourisation of Indian cinemas, the best actor ever
3:10 Brother, even interstellars main theme was love. The bonding between father and daughter that transcended time and space. Nothing wrong with having love as a theme in a sci fi if you can portray it well
It was not on the nose man, there are major stakes in the story and time is a horrifying component. They cannot stop in the midst of the film to have random side plots and dances like our movies no?
This is a terrible comparison. In interstellar, coops bond with his daughter is established early on and the tesseract sequence still revolves around "science" to work. The love part is that his daughter still believed he was out there which is why she eventually figured out that the ghost in her room is actually her father trying to communicate with her. Whereas in Brahmastra the love is established so abruptly and becomes the sole reason for their win, not some weapon or established lore but simply their love. The characters literally just met each other like a few days to weeks ago at best.

There's a 2015 Tamil movie called Indru Netru Naalai that has one of the best depictions of time travel I've ever seen, Indian or Hollywood. The science part holds perfectly good, with a simple premise and logic that never changes and a full on narrative is built around the main character with the time travel an important part. One of the best sci-fi and arguably the best time travel Indian movies to date. Suriya's 24 looks amazing, and is very well executed but I felt the logic itself was a bit off at times, but is still a very close second to Indru Netru Naalai.
0:55 Definitely the truest thing someone has said. ROMANTICIZING each and every thing needs to be stopped. It's like watching the same plot in a different setting
I feel that Bollywood has such a diverse group of audience that the makers generally tend to satisfy all the aspects fearing a financial failure as these projects come at a massive costs. There is a fear that an high concept elements might just attract a small group.
And this is anime/manga industry shines because instead of trying to please everyone, they instead focus on specific type of audiences who might enjoy their work. That's why there are so many genre and sub-genre in anime/manga.
Bollywood has one problem called lack of good storytellers and they don't know how to flesh out characters if it's not a remake or copy of something already done.
@@ninad1667 Munjiya and tumbad should not be compared. Munjiya was going to be horror comedy,it's part of Maddock of supernatural universe, what do you expected from them?
I think its not the ending or resolution which matters as much, its how you get there. Love/Heart being the answer, etc also happened in Matrix, Avatar, Star Wars, Inception, and many more Hollywood sci fi movies. Matrix literally had the main character come back to life and become the One based on kiss from true love (paralleling sleeping beauty story). Simple answers and resolutions can work, Its how you execute the same s what matters.
4:03 Brahmastra could have been as good as the Avenger or any other superhero type of series. But they literally decided to dilute everything with all the crappy love and Romanticism

Maaveeran was so good no matter how much we praise it still feels underrated.. the mysskin villain the setupati voice the comic strips the yogi Babu humor hardly any cgi needed in a superhero film and sk nailed his role to perfection.. a village superhero movie can't get better than this ❤❤❤
Nah, for the majority of the movie, SK thought his powers were just a curse instead of a superpower. It took him until the very end to finally realize it and that's why it become underrated.
I have a very simple rule when it comes to selecting which movies to watch. If the movie has songs and/or even a slightest hint of love (even is it's 0.00000000000001 %), it's a no-no for me.
Koi Mil Gaya is essentially a copy of E.T., so it doesn't deserve much credit for originality. While the movie holds nostalgic value today, it hasn't influenced any significant changes in the industry nor the genre! Even Roshan himself said that sci-fi was not the film's main theme! Bollywood is extremely hesitant to take big risks and go for original ideas where the story is the core focus.. but they'd rather focus on leveraging star power for mass-market appeal!
Et itself was copied from stayjit ray work the point is not copying or having original ideas it's about the story and it's execution a lot of writers and directors copy from each other but still they make great films out of copied ideas it's about story and adding enough original elements to it in order to make it great but I agree you are right Bollywood certainly needs to improve
@@ashnaagarwal4825 I agree with you!. Firstly, Satyajit Ray deserves credit for the original concept. However, Roshan's denial that "Koi Mil Gaya" was inspired by "E.T." is simply absurd. He also claimed that the film wasn't a sci-fi movie but rather centered on an emotional theme and was never intentionally marketed towards children. Yet, children turned out to be its primary audience. This implies either a disregard for the audience's awareness of foreign cinema or how much they underestimate their intelligence. IMO, the movie is so lighthearted that it contributes nothing substantial to the sci-fi genre, despite being broadly classified as one.. or Krissh as first Indian super hero etc!.
@@khushboo.malhotra well ya I know Bollywood can definitely do better than this it's a very new genre for Bollywood even now so it will take them another 15-20 years in order to make a great science film which has emotional quotient,VFX and a great idea at its centre I hope that day comes soon when we can also have movies like aliens, gravity ,arrival , minority report and Interstellar

Shiva is even special among the astra wielder those present in the movie which they are gonna reveal later.
Munjiya had the potential of being Bollywood's Kantara. They just can't let go of that "bollywood masala formula" and accept that Audience has grown. I see Maggie and Knorr launching Korean flavours because of consumer behavior yet Bollywood can't make adapt film making style of K-Drama or Korean movies.
For that apne log first need to let go of the "star comes first" mindset, then the so-called 'stars' need to be humbled, and producers gotta be coached on how to deal with every sort of delusion that seems to come free with a production. Phir writers ki alag se class leni hogi, in addition to paying them proper so they don't turn in half-assed scripts. Only then can we even begin to hope that they at least scratch the surface on any ways that the K style could be replicated with desi tadka.

I don't know if this video has been before the release of Kalki. But Kalki is the best example of what Irfan Khan sir had mentioned in the first clip that you added. Complete 1st half of the movie was wasted just to show how hero is greator than the story. Movie survived just because of Bacchan Sir and the good story writing in the 2nd half.
What irfan sir said in the beginning sums it all up ! I don’t think we lack the writers actors directors and technicians, it’s the purpose of making the movies First priority is the the business It should make a profit Everything else is secondary
There are only two reason sci-fi is not a great genre in India - 1. Lack of money - Sci-fi demands gigantic budgets, which we can not afford. 2. The audience's taste - In a country like ours that is yet to reach its economic potential, the audience aspires escapism and grounded stories. Sci-fi is not relatable because our culture and society is still grappling with basic issues.
the second point is not exactly true tho because sci fi concepts like Maanaadu and an old film like Koi Mil Gaya worked exceptionally well financially. It has nothing to do with the audience grappling basic issues. Just that the fantastical needs to be balanced with the core emotions of the characters and their relationships
The 2nd point is invalid given how much brahmastra worked, the youth is hungry! And Bollywood or any film industry in India is unable to fulfill it. As for 1. It’s the amount the actors ask for, how can budget be well utilised when the half of budget goes to actors and not used on cgi and good screen writing.
The problem with sci-fi or fantasy movies in India is what Irfan Khan stated, focus is on star power not the story. Even when story somehow is big enough, the producers/directors fumble the plot by adding too many gags and going over the top. Kalki for all its praise, lacks a lot of elements, but the world building saves it.
Must watch sci-fi 1. 7am Arivu (romantic angle is a minus) 2. Indru Netru Naalai (unexpectedly good) 3. 24 ( above average ) 4. Maanadu ( less sci-fi and more masala but still worth it) 5. Adiye (worth a watch)
The Audience have become diverse now and the industry needs to understand that if they have a certain story, they don’t need to twist it to fit into every audience, if people want to watch romance they will watch movies fixed to romantic genre. We don’t need a fast action movie suddenly including romance and comedy.
The first Indian Time Travel movie "Aditya 369" by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao is still a great entertainer. Singeetam tried not only added love story but he successfully oriented mythology, historical, dystopian and post-apocalyptic elements in a single movie wonderfully. Jammy's favourite Balakrishna performed in a dual role and in Telugu it is still considered his best movie. Must watch even in terms effects which was executed in 1991. So many Old Telugu mythological, historical and folklore movies have great cinematographic effects. Maya bazar is a great example.
Eventhough I do agree with your picks of better Indian sci-fis made towards the end of the video, however, I do think the director who actually managed to crack the code was - Rahi Anil Barve , the director or Tumbaad. I wish you had mentioned the movie. Nothing, I repeat nothing in Indian cinema has gripped me and terrified me like Tumbaad. The story, the atmosphere, the plot, the characters, the gore, the mythology should lead the leaderboard for Indian mythology/sci-fi. The other one I would mention, is probably Makdi. No romantic subplots and unnecessary dance numbers required to keep you hooked!
@@krishniarumugam well he did mention Munjya. I don’t believe Sci-fi is restricted to the genre of just adventure/triller. It can encompass themes of horror and mythology.
The only prob of Ra one which you highlighted as well - was some unnecessary comedy and cameo of Robo. Apart from that it had a decent plot. The world building has potential, the action was cool. It had some of the topic v covered which is mainstream now - AI,ML.
In the end, ager koi kuch creative or new karna chahe, toh unke contemporaries remakes par remakes kar rhe hai, Or audience ko kya hi bolu, Fighter, Maidaan box office
Most superhero movies work, be it in India or Hollywood, bcoz the character is relatable to the common man. Peter Parker is your average teen. Clark Kent has parallels with an immigrant in a new land. Mr India is relatable as Anil Kapoor is this kind hearted, goofy fellow. The moment superhero movies start replacing relatable characters with overload of CGI, action etc, they lose that connect. Thats why Ant Man is still memorable, but Quantumania is already forgotten.

I still think robo from Shankar is the best sci fi film we’ve produced. If one can call it sci-fi. The 2nd part was pure cringefest, but the first part was something else. Shankar incorporated the love story into the plot so so well. The whole fish out of water in the first half, how mindless robots can be dangerous, but also how a robot, if it has emotions, can wreck havoc in wrong hands…..that movie is perfect. TUMBBAD is by far the best high concept delivered by bollywood. No love angles, no song, no unnesseasry sub plots. They focus was just on the brilliant story.
Not just sci-fi, but generally action movies suck too, because of low believability of action choreography. It is embarrassing to watch hyper-stylized action scenes when the story doesn't warrant it. Also, physics be damned.
I would also like to add ‘Joker’ of Akshay kumar, story had potential to be a fun sci-fi comedy, just imagine a village so remote that it doesn’t come under any state jurisdiction of India, missing out on development & facilities that they can get. So the villagers come with a plan and develop alien conspiracy that attracts media attention as well as governments making it a fascinating & desiring place that every state wants to have it under their belt. But what we got is puked vomit that is rotting for 6 days.
I feel all bollywood actors should maintain low profile of their private life instead of showing it off too much on instagram. It definitely shows impact on their screen presence and the kind of character they play. And if you are star material you should not speak nonsense and public show off should be reduced. A person will be called star not just by his acting skills but also due to his personalty offscreen. See all the biggest stars in all industries to realize the truth
we also have to remember that, "Love is the one thing we're capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space" was the major plot convenience tool used in the interstellar movie.

The only sci fi movie that actually holds up to the mark and in fact can give stiff competition to even some international sci fi films in india is the malyalam movie churuli. Not just because its phenomenally original but also its unexplained ending and the atmosphere of the whole film is spectacular. I think the biggest problem many filmmakers (afc bollywood especially) makes is not sticking to the core atmosphere that they want audience to live in when wacthin the film, like what do you want the audience to remember at the end of the movie. Mind boggling questions and a thrill in people or are you aiming to make people confused if they have wacthed a romantic film or comedy or just a kindergarden kids fantasy stories after wacthing cartoon.
Forced love stories are the biggest turn off. Not a sci-fi but I was so excited for DUNKI as a Raju Hirani film; but the unconvincing and unnecessary lovestory ruined the film for me.

There was a time when concept love was taboo in Indian society so we as audience would enjoy the idea of love through movies. But as time went by society gradually accepted this concept and we no longer need movies to romanticize this idea of love. Now as audience we want to see something different. But Bollywood still stuck in the same era of shoving love stories down our throat. 😂

I think Teri Baton mein aisa uljha jiya did a great job at this. It’s sci fi , has a love story at it’s core and the motivation of Shahid Kapoor’s character is so well fleshed out. I remember as I was watching the movie , I would have questions about the plot and the characters would very organically bring up those same questions in the script and address them. And Shahid and Kriti were so good in the movie. Shahid portrayed the dichotomy/ confusion of his character so well and looked so at ease in his performance and Kriti hit it out of the park in the climax. It addresses so many concepts like ethics in AI, human narcissism in love and companionship, role of women as the “obedient” wife and daughter in law in India. And all of this is executed in a complete commercial package with dance and family comedy.l and not once being preachy about any of the themes. Even the look of the film was well suited. This over exposed/ white light almost plastic and dreamy look. Thank you so much for addressing the issue with Krrish 3. I loved the first movie and loved the second one even more for the clever direction they took for it, turning it into a superhero movie. But the thing I loved the most about it that even as a superhero movie, it felt grounded and original. But sadly with the 3rd one, they turned it into a full fledged Hollywood style superhero movie and tried to copy the western superhero themes while not really doing a good job at it. I wish they return back to the 2nd movies theme with the 4th one.
As a kid, I used to love NAKSHA starring Sunny Deol, Vivek Oberoi, Jackie Shroff and yes I know it's loosely inspired from hollywood's The Rundown, but like Anmol said, the emotional core of the movie is what makes this movie rewatchable for me, and incorporating stories from Mahabharat into the plotline to make it an indian movie was such a clever idea.

Because of forced love stories and heroine, not all movies require a heroine or even hero. Many great stories are ruined like that.
Not every story need romantic and love songs.
this reminds me of the recent 'lack of female representation' debate regarding Aavesham. But why force it
Malayalam movies like Kannur Squad, Aavesham, Bramayugam, Manjummel Boys all performed well.

3:10 Brother, even interstellars main theme was love. The bonding between father and daughter that transcended time and space. Nothing wrong with having love as a theme in a sci fi if you can portray it well
Even that love is still better and has more meaning and purpose but a forced romantic love with no purpose to the story is irritating.

There are only two reason sci-fi is not a great genre in India -
First point is ✅
where stars like Prabhas can generate money and give a push to vision like nag Ashwin..hope it's gonna do wonders #Kalki

The first Indian Time Travel movie "Aditya 369" by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao is still a great entertainer. And never is it a bore.
Ayan tried to do something like Nolan did with interstellar(power of love)
I remember finding the same rather convenient in interstellar when I first watched it. However the spectacle itself was so transportive, I gave it a pass
Bhrahmastra was originally an Islamic story of Rumi. After they saw the wave of nationalism sweep through the country, they cleverly changed Rumi to Shiva and pretended as if the story was created to celebrate Hindu culture.

TUMBBAD is by far the best high concept delivered by bollywood.
No love angles, no song, no unnesseasry sub plots. They focus was just on the brilliant story.
Problem yahi hain underrated banate hain audience phir bolenge acchi filme kyu nahi aa raha hain
That's not actually Bollywood film originally but due to budget issue it was converted to Bollywood movie from Marathi.

Sci-fi elements of krishh 3 were childish and i couldn't believe who they thought It'd work. It goes same with almost every other Bollywood movie.
The Best "original" sci-fi movies in india are Mr. India and Robot(Enthiran)..hands down ! Robot explores Frankenstein story with Indian context while showing consequences of AI , robots vs indian army, AI with emotion and its ending has a scene of of India being Developed country with AI+Robo conference in 2025 ..it was ahead of its time. Too bad, its sequel was awful !
@@originofaholespecies9389 isn't it the same with krish. Your video is the reason I really want Kalki 2898 AD to work, that too with story blending with Epics like Mahabharata.
Hope the cringe comedy shown in the trailer won't affect the story.
Maybe the comedy part was cringe for you but it's also not for many who have watched animation prelude. Like suraj pj bnftv mohit nobody has complained about the comedy part because they have watched animation prelude which explains a lot of things about trailer.
Dumb down happens bcoz the producers and others involved thinks that we viewers are dumb so dumb that we need songs and stupid dialogues like the one in Brahmastra and many others
Thanks for this. Iam a huge sci fi fan. Have been reading since 2001s, the rich stories our nation has can serve some truly tremendous scifi. What Irfan Khan and you have said is absolutely correct.
You have missed Director Shankar's Robot/Enthiran. CGI was way ahead of its time.
The only problem I think with our movies is that they are not respecting the maturity and intelligence of the us audience.
I don't it's just me or you all also feel it that whenever I see english words being integrated in hindi dialogues i feel cringed out.
Never happened with SRK and Vanga movies though.
When you see the kalki trailer. I can just sense it that there is going to be some stupid sideplots and some stupid concepts (like the shot of multiple prabhas just waving). l like the concept of the movie. But one thing that always bothers me is that they just dont know how to make Action scenes believable.
So I am not very optimistic for this movie but i hope i am wrong.
Multiple Prabhas is from the gadget Bhairava snatched from kids from ep 2 of animated series.

Even avengers Infinity War have humour but that doesn't make the film cringe.
You seem to be getting influenced by someone pointing out at that particular scene.
Yep! My biggest gripe with brahmastra was the portrayal of Alia bhatt as an irritating, distracting love interest. They could have given her character so much depth and an actual purpose instead of being shiva's on-off switch
5:19 WOW that was savage even by my standards. (Slow claps)
Mr. India is totally a favourite and I have watched it multiple times and enjoyed it
Mahabharata Isn't just about battles, it has 100s of mini stories in it.. Keep both epics aside.. Hindu Puranic texts are some of most volumous, combining every element of spirituality, mythology, Multiverse, Time dilation, powerful stories of weapons Gods, destruction, reincarnation, etc..
And Yet, we failed to capitalise on our greatest strength
Mahabharatam can be done only as a collaborative effort with many seasons from major directors from various industries taking up various stories and build it into a series. It has the potential to be bigger than any shows ever done on the phase of this earth.
It is ambitious but not impossible!
The recent addition IMO would be Hanuman. The villains origin was masterfully done and the climax 🤌

The last time I checked movies like Mard ko Dard Nahi Hota and Bhavesh Joshi bombed at the box office. Brilliant movies that no one gave a f*ck about at the time.

Bhavesh Joshi is boring about social commentry not even a superhero concept. Aprichit is better in this point.
@@SandeepMeena79 yes the social commentary was a bit on the nose. But it was in the film to set up the characters, the origin of the vigilante, why Bhavesh died, etc.
Isn't that exactly what Jammy discussed in the video...that the movie we see should be the vision of its makers not a sanitized version that they think the masses are willing to accept?
When it comes to time travel domain in sci fi genre, I still believe that the India’s first time travel movie ‘Aditya 369’ (made in telugu film industry) is very well executed back in 1991. The blend of commercial elements into this sci fi film was amazing in itself. The next close ones to me is of course Suriya’s ‘24’.
I think Robot and 2.0 was really good timepass. Also i was waiting for a mention to the Flying Jatt, bummed that you missed it 😭🤣
I think S.Shankar ( robot, jeans, I) in his filmography displays a better hold on sci-fi, perhaps the best in India. Shekhar kapoor alsowas a trailblazer with Mr. India( probably one the best Sci-fi films of india)

Though I am not sure whether that was intentional, since most commercial movies in India have that terrible over exposed look(yuck)

If a high concept story is backed by a star who isn't bothered in his screen time our industry can work wonders
