I've been a Miracle for a couple years, but "Windy Day" is by far my favorite OMG song.
ohmygirl's 'destiny' in queendom shows a traditional korean dance. Watching it will make you breathless.

It is hard to pick one song that best shows who is OMG, since they are concept fairies, every one of their MVs are not alike. The best stretch of songs that show you who they are would be 2018 to 2019.
Secret Garden, Remember Me, SSFWL and Bungee and you must watch them in order to get the biggest impact.

I became Miracle with Closer but my favorite choreo I think is Liar Liar. They are really good dancer.

for the live stages, during binnie's chorus part (the dance move you said was a little weird lol), she often changes the choreo to random things (such as the choreo for other groups' songs)! it's really fun and cute. i belive she's done references to fromis9 we go, rocket punch, t-ara roly poly, and sistar touch my body? (i could be wrong tho lol)
also a lot of their other stuff has a very ethereal concept and vibe and it's actually what they're most known for. some examples of this concept are the fifth season(ssfwl), secret garden, windy day, and closer. (the formations of closer were based on constellations)
