Oh My Girl is pure comfort. And joy. They’re my ult. I love so many groups but there is something special about them. “Nonstop” was my first comeback as a fan. It came out during that first summer of COVID. It helped make those days tolerable - waking up every morning to a new stage of it and it’s smash hit b-side of “Dolphin”. The rapper is Mimi. You’re going to love the song “Remember Me”.

Oh My Girl actually is very big in Korea. They keeps releasing bop after bop each comeback. Nowadays not many rookie group who's done this innocent bright kind of concept. I also recommend you guys to check their Queendom performance for the deep dive.

They are 3rd Gen. Nowadays there's the 4rth and the trend is different, but OhMyGirl raised the label of being the fairries since Closer and they still are.

I'm so ready for the deep dive, their vocals are AMAZING and personalities are hilarious and crack headed (suiting their company is apart of the RBW family now)!

I just wanna say that Oh My Girl is the QUEEN of bsides. The bsides for their past albums have been God Tier. Even one of their bsides became so successful that it became a hit everywhere and people think it's a title track!

I looooooove “Dun Dun Dance.” The song will forever be associated with the second summer of covid. I was trying to stay active and I ended up checking out the song/mv and album while cleaning. Like… I even remember precisely where I was and how distracted I got by the song. Replayed it a lot! Album was solid from what I recall.
Recommendations: Secret Garden, Dolphin, Closer.
Unfortunately, Jiho left the group after Dun Dun Dance. She's now an aspiring actress.

I'm so happy you're falling for OMG. When I watched Queendom I didn't expect to love so many new groups and OMG really opened me up to more cute, light themes. Mimi, the rapper you like, was on a show with Moonbyul, Yubin(Wonder Girls), and some other great rappers called Second World, where rappers of groups competed to see who was the best singer. I think Mimi got a lot more fans from SW bc she was super cute and worked really hard.

I'm not sure if you guys have watched earth arcade but if not, I highly recommend it. Mimi, the rapper, is in the show with other cast members being IVE Yujin, rapper Lee youngji, and comedian Lee eunji. The 2nd season just ended last week.

As a loong long time Miracle, it's always nice to see other people discover Oh My Girl. If you wanna hear a good B-side while seeing how their vocal sounds live (pure MR without any AR or backing), you can search TMI News Live Oh My Girl Shower. It only shows Hyojung (leader), Yubin, and Jiho (depart) though, but it's SO GOOD! Shower is my most fave B-side.

oh my girl has amazing vocals and is my favorite group when it comes to competition. they have already participated in about 3 that I followed in a group/ duo/ solo and the rapper that you liked called Mimi was in all of them. It would be great to see you react to the most memorable of them in reality and if I could nominate the best they would be:
1 Guerilla (in reality queendom they were in second place and this was their last song there)
2 Checkmate (in reality good girl they were paired with Mimi and YooA which is the other one you mentioned)
3 Y2K (Mimi's first solo on the "second world" reality show where it was just rappers competing in duels to show their vocals)
4 pporappipam (cover of mimi in this same reality, the vocals and the break are incredible)
After 8 years oh my girl still our oh my girl the fresh and young girl group in sk even they are not tht popular international but you can relate to them there journey is not that smooth as same as in famous ent. Something strange happened when I was enjoying your concert experience with Twice. I didn't see the ending!? The video just dropped and vanished!? Mina never ceases to amaze me!
