Thanks for the demos! I'm writing a character who uses a pistol crossbow and seeing it handled is very insightful.

7:00 Maybe suggest waxing the string before stringing the bow.

It’s a pretty nice crossbow. I just got mine out of the box and put together except for the string its pretty difficult the first time ill have to watch some more videos on that and get back to it.

There are at least two ways to string that bow safely without any help.

Great video! I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to remove the stock sight. I want to put a red dot on it and I'm not sure if it snaps off or what. Thanks

Hmm 😒 Up here in Canada 🇨🇦 they're finally available,I got one under the name Centerpoint and I am very happy with it..For those people that use string weapons get yourself some bowstring wax,I just use Cabelas brand.Mine came with RedDot which I didn't install yet,I am practicing 10 meters shots...
Fun fact,,without that stock it would be completely illegal (can't have pistols)...
I wish you All fun, and be careful,This really isn't a toy... ✌️

Great bow, I got one. Same bow different name plus I got three broadheads and three metal bolts included
There should be only two rubber pads and one metal pad.
One rubber behind and one rubber and metal in front of the bow for assembly. And give the string five turns. I step on the limb to string them. I have other bows.
I don't know how they can make this much bow, plus bolts and packaging and still make a profit from manufacturers and sellers. It's real nice. I just got mine a few days ago in Canada. Haven't shot it yet so I'm watching you first, ha. Just like your lady friend I got it for home defense against zombies and target shooting

I'm afraid to use the broad heads. $10@. Going to keep them for security one time use, hint hint.

I appreciate an intelligent and realistic review. I've been shopping around for a cbp for a while now. I'm torn between the m48 and cold steel's cheap shot.... Asthetics are my dilemma at this point lol though I believe the cheap shot is 130 lbs. Can't go wrong either way

    Do Not shoot into foam.
Will have to dig out the bolt from nearly any distance.
Use that Sandbag you suggested first only!

Check out Jaxce Bolts. They are game changers for these crossbows. I have the Seeker already with a red dot on it and today I ordered this M48 and plan or red dotting that also. Jaxce Bolts brought my group from over 18" down to ripping fletchings off the bolts!! All six essentially touching. I actually slightly changed my point of aim each shot so I wasn't wrecking the bolts. I don't work for Jaxce and get nothing from this. I just believe they turn these into legitimate hunting crossbows for small game.

Hello. Which crossbow from this two should I buy? Man Kung Alligator TSC1 has 185 fps, PoeLang Cobra CR 039 has 165 fps. But Alligator has plastic body and Cobra has alluminium body. Cobra is little cheaper in my country. Does difference in 20 fps mater a lot in term of strength and penetration? Thank you
Here are links for Cobra and Alligator pistol crossbows:

Hey Mika, I looked at the two options you sent over and I’m going to recommend the Man Kung 🐊 TSC1 weighing in @ 185 FPS 🥊 its lighter, stronger, faster and nice looking! Thanks for your question. I pray all is well with you in these times. God bless.

Sure this would be great for short-range hunting for small game & MAYBE a few defense situations, but I think I’m gonna spend the extra cash to get me a Cobra Adder.
The Hell Hawk is decent if you don’t have the money to upgrade to something better, but the Adder is still affordable, unlike some crossbows that range anywhere from $600-2000!
Nothing says awesome like a pump-action crossbow with a mag (which holds 6 bolts) that can kill a deer easily at 45yds! Watched my buddy do it (straight through the heart, I was proud lol) and that’s what convinced me to get one.

Bear desire xl, rd, and x. on box lbs is listed as 60lbs this the same bow
Mankung alligator also the same bow on box is listed as 80 lbs
And the bow your reviewing listed on box as 80 lbs
All of them are actually 55 to 60 lbs
But you can buy 80 or 90 lbs limbs
It's sad when manufacturers lie about the fps or lbs of limbs
Look on ebay for the limbs

Thanks for sharing! I hear ya on the restring lol. Considering getting a backup to mine that i modded out already. Red dot with collapsible foregrip. I do like the "butt" (lol) stock on this model and i think mine is only 75 not 80! Great video and I hope you can get more subscribers also check out my channel it is mostly my music but some other fun stuff! Rock on man!~

Puts, Grip on wrong and uses it wrong, . . Crossbow has shoulder stock and foregrip for stability during shooting . . this guy uses none of those options but chooses to sway weapon around on his arm. . . Also there are way easier methods to putting the string on . . . BRUH !! ?? DO YOU EVEN CROSSBOW?
