I live in okinawa japan and yes, the water is that clear. Its stunning. Its not that clesr absolutely everywhere but for the moat part. Its unbelievable.
Deli: * has done many 10 minute build challenges * Also Deli: “I feel like I’m building really fast in real time….now THAT would be a good challenge 🤯” Edit: Omg I loved watching this build process! It’s always fun to see the brain actively problem solve!
Deli I'm obsessed with the interior but I think the exterior is better at the beginning of the video.Just roofs look better, more expensive and more modern in the beginning, but overall I love it when you post building videos ❤️😊
I love Sulani. I downloaded a sim called Cecilia Frost who has the Ancient Bloodline trait, the Sulani Mana and Father Winter’s baby traits. She’s the Sulani Chief and a spellcaster, so she is the island Kahuna/Shaman who has magical powers and has a garden with every available flower, herb, fruit and vegetable to make potions, balms etc that the islanders need. It really makes for fun gameplay.
Love this build Deli! And I think James recreating his Sims 3 island paradise house would be the best gift for us all!!! That house is my dream home and i would LOVE to see it recreated in the sims 4 😍😍😍
I haven't played in Sulani in so long, I should totally let my sims go on vacation later! You always give me inspiration to spice up my usually super boring gameplay :)
I can't for the life of me find this build on the gallery, what have you named this? Absolutely love this build, please keep making such incredible content because I literally cannot get enough!! Sending love from the UK!
Me at the beginning of the video: OMG This looks amazing, I need this for my Sulani family Me after the 1h time skip: ……. Nevermind It looks amazing, but not for me 😅
I got an idea when you said the build was changing every 5 min ! You should try doing a build challenge where you start building during 5 min, then it is James' turn, then you again, etc.
I already mentioned this on Mr. Turner's video but: I have a challenge idea, for Lilsimsie, Mr Turner, and Deli. One builds the shell, one does the floor plan, and the last does the decorating. I think it could be like the shell challenge, you can't add/move walls/room assignments, but are free to do anything else you want. So if Mr, Turner builds the shell, Simsie then comes in and does the floor plan/assigns with rooms are which. Then Deli comes in to furnish and decides on the aesthetics(walls, flooring, landscaping). It could be interesting to see what they all create together. Thanks for the great video!😀
I grew up in Northern NSW (Australia) and Sulani reminds me of where I lived a lot, especially the big lot on land in the bottom neighbourhood. Ignoring how close the ocean is, that lot reminds me of where my childhood home was.
Sulani is my #1 most played world. I try and move my families to other worlds but they always end up back in Sulani because it's just so beautiful, the weather is mostly nice consistently, and it's perfect for living vicariously.
I really love to watch your videos and streams at night. It's so relaxing and it makes me feel so comfortable and at home even if i'm somewhere I don't feel to good❤️ And i actually think It's so nice that the build Looks different! There is so much building Content for the sims and i Love it whenever someone does Something a bit different :)
Me: "I love being able to upload stuff to the gallery for people to download, so I won't use custom content." Me after watching this video: "THIS CUSTOM CONTENT IS AMAZING, I NEED EVERYTHING THAT FELIXANDRE AND HARRIE HAVE EVER MADE"
Very beautiful. I think I'd take the Red Room mainly because that's my favorite color and it's just out there like me. But the green is very beautiful as well
western australia has really pretty, clear beaches. monkey mia in shark bay is one of my favourites. and i know it’s bogan-y but rockingham has one of the prettiest beaches i’ve ever been to. it’s just so clear all the time and it’s never too cold or anything lol
I live in NZ and in the brief travel bubble I got to travel to Rarotonga with my husband for my dad's wedding and we stayed in the most incredible waterfront villa. You've inspired me to try recreating it on the Sims so I can go back 😍
You guys have to go to Fiji when things open back up. We stayed on Navini Island and it was the best vacation ever! And almost everyone at the resort was visiting from Australia. They don't have over the water lodging, but all the bures are directly on the beach.
I love that the build ended the way it did. Idk if you want to hear this or not but I will say I love that you do some builds WITH cc! I get sad sometimes because those of us that use CC get left out a lot so that others don't feel left out and I know it's impossible to please everyone it is REALLY nice to see you use cc because I already have all that! I am a patron of most of the people you use anyways so it makes it feel more worthwhile for me honestly. Thanks Deli!! Also gratz on your new home!
I lived in Hawaii for a few years and that is exactly what the water there is like. Beautiful and crystal clear. We never stayed in one of those floating hotels, but we did camp on the water a few times. We even stayed in the cabins from the Lost show.
I live in Siargao Island, Philippines, and yes, the water here is clear. There aren't cabanas on water, unfortunately, because the waves get high enough on monsoons or when there are typhoons.
Watching you build is honestly a bit of a roller coaster Deli. Like you’ll be going through it and do something I absolutely love and then a second later everything will be completely different. It’s so funny 😆 I enjoy your builds a lot even when I would have made different choices, it gives me a bit of inspiration for my own builds and informs what kinds of things I am interested in building. Also sometimes you come up with something insane that blows my mind because I could never have thought of something like that. Gotta give you credit for that.
It's brave to make the decision to scrap and begin again. I enjoyed watching both builds and am grateful to you for providing the CC links. Thank you. :)
Sulani really reminds me of Merida and Tulum. With the color of the water, the reefs, and fish, and the little amount of people. I’ve been there twice with my family for two weeks and we haven’t even made it to a quarter of the cenotes there (200+ or something). It was AMAZING and I finally got over my fear of fish lol…
Hi! Loved the vid! Just a tip, if you want to put a roof on platforms, you have to make a floor on the second floor and put a roof on it. Then, use the foundation tool to raise or lower the floor and roof to the height of the platform. You just delete the floor after this and extend the roof over to fit the platform. Just make sure to do this at the end as any adjustments to floors, foundations and walls delete the roof. Hope this is helpful! 😀 (Just a bit irritating HAHA) Edit: platforms don't work anymore, it will also work with half walls 😁
this prolly sounds really weird but this was the last youtube video i watched with my dad before he passed so i always revisit it and think of my memories with him
There are some places in Florida with water just like Sulani. When I was a kid is was like that all the time at my local beach, but 🌟tourist-driven pollution🌟
i see that hotels are a theme these days with your videos and I think it would be awesome to make a full hotel build with the cc you reviewed recently and merge it with game stuff ! Awesome build btw ! i would absolutely adore drinking a coconut in this house !
I liked the building at the beginning, but the ending build was also really interesting!!! Since you tend to build with like 90% cc anyway, maybe do a “I only build with custom content” challenge video? I don’t think it’d be that much of a challenge for you though maybe skfkdkfrkfj
I love this house. I probably will download it. The struggles were entertaining. I always feel that way when I am building. It was funny, seeing the realistic house attempt, then it was automatically an entirely different building (because of Deli building off camera), which caught my attention. 😂
Stunning! Turned out beautifully! LOVE the floor plan and the two different vibes from the rooms. One of my fav of your builds! Would so stay here irl!
Sulani is an easy world to do a rags to riches in. I also downloaded Ravasheen's RV set and one of my Sims lives in an RV on the beach. She went from rags to rv and now she can't be bothered to get to riches.
Koh rong samloen, an island off Cambodia, has beaches and waters like Sulani 🥰 Been recreating holiday adventures in the Sims because I can't afford to go back 😅🙈
Deli imitating her own country's accent, as everyone usually falsely does, is amazing. Also... don't know if I've mentioned, but the clicking of Deli's fingers on her $13 keyboard makes me so happy. It's music to my ears! This build is also stunning, or as Juno Birch would enunciate, SHHH-TOON-NEENG
the water at the whitsunday's up in queensland is this blue, was there earlier this year (in between lockdowns lol) and it was mind blowing! would recommend
The Maldives the water is that clear.. They also have beaches that glow at night..Bioluminesence ... Yes, & they have underwater clubs & restaurants.. Its my ultimate bucket list destination 😁 🌴 The cabanas actually look like parts of your build 🏠 P.s I didn't watch the rest of the video before i made my comment lol
As a challenge for you, make a cluttered family friendly home. Like 3 or 4 bedroom with laundry. Maybe pets too. I have a baby and 4 animals and my house is always cluttered and messy I would love to see you try to do that in the sims, since you always do picture perfect minimal stuff.
There are a lot of turquoise beaches here in the Philippines 🇵🇭. My family once went island hopping in Palawan and then we visited a LuLi island (Luli means lulubog, lilitaw or sinking, appearing in English) The island will be partially under the water during high tide. Then we went snorkeling nearby. Literally like the Sulani island life 😆
Thanks a lot Deli now I’m even more desperate for a holiday😂😂 I would 100% take the red room, it looks gorgeous and I would claim that hot tub as my private hot tub bc it’s on my balcony lol This build is BEAUTIFUL😍😍

the fact that deli knows the name of every cc pack, but cant remember any sims pack (years later)
honestly same

We just moved back to the US from Oki and I miss it everyday!
I also lived in Okinawa for 4 years and the water was so beautiful

I love when you use cc! You find the most amazing stuff out there. I think an all cc build would be a really cool way to showcase what's out there.
Yes! I agree, that would be fun to see! Different style CC homes would be cool too for different styles CC packs.
What’s cc and how do I get it?
When Deli said “What a Girl Wants” I thought she said “Watergirl, Once”
omg sameeeee
Heard it too, thanks for the translation😄
Same
I did too 😂😂😭 I’m so glad it wasn’t just me
Me at the beginning of the video: OMG This looks amazing, I need this for my Sulani family
Me after the 1h time skip: ……. Nevermind
It looks amazing, but not for me 😅
I erased all the cc from my game. That kitchen alone makes me want to put it back in. Love how this turned out!
I adore this build. Just got my fave sims married and was looking for a vacation home! This is perfect

Deli building a vacation home is exactly what I need before starting work for the day. So soothing.
i know some people complain about deli’s clicky keyboard but i love it for some reason
Also that green room is goals, the vibes are lit!!
I spent 10 days at Sandals in Jamaica. Yes it was incredible. I was there for my daughters wedding.
I immediately thought of Michael Scott
This really makes me want to finish the Sulani half over water on stilts/half on the beach build I started a few weeks ago!
