CT6V has no launch control. Would've been an interesting race from a roll. By the looks of it, at higher speeds the V would likely have taken the Tesla.
Terrible launch from V - it has no launch control but if you turn off all the nannies and power brake it will take off way better than that - i can hang with my wifes panamera turbo S which has launch control . The CT6-V with the blackwing motor has 550 hp but 640 lb ft of torque out of its twin turbo hand made 4.2 L motor . Less than 1000 of the Vs were made
EXACTLY ,I LAUNCH WAY GREATER IN MY CT6 PLATINUM SUPERCRUISE. THAT DRIVER IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, HE DIDNT FOOTBRAKE , SPOOL UP TURBOS, NOR COMPLETELY TAKE OFF TRACTION CONTROL.U DNT HEAR HIS REVING UP AT ALL.

Only if this can but tuned will be a great sleeper (already is 12.5 quarter mile time).

The CT6 has launch control, kinda, it doesn’t let you hold any higher rpm’s unless you’re in track mode with t/c off to “stabilitrak competitive mode”
Why would you need launch control if you have AWD. Brake torque and go.
