It's nice to see you coming back to the channel
    [Nice ideas]
If you want to upgrade the x5, you could make it off-road car but in off-road cars you need to into consideration that the electronics need to be high from the ground cuz If it got wet bye 👋 👋
[BMW I8] nothing here it's just my favorite car and mine goes 6 mph so yeah baby the first fast car from my own collection 😂

      Hey there 😁
I think you have the right idea in mind. It would be fun to have something with a different purpose.
That was the main thing with my I8. I really do not want to break it. It's the second car of my collection and by far one of my favorites. I think now though it will be okay. Most of the cars I try to push to the limit. The i8 at about 20mph should be fine.

Wow! Nice collection! Thanks for the tour. You have vehicles I had never heard of, like the Jaguar. Looking forward to the next step in the Huracan rebuild.
I think the Ford GT too was my first 1/14 car purchase. Fell in love with it when I discovered the whole hyper car segment, and Ford had a car that was respected in that arena with the likes of ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche. I have 8 hyper cars, and an i8 (it looks the part 😊). None are modified (all shelf queens), saved that for the 1/24 cars.
Your painting is good too. Keep it coming!

Thank you. I'm definitely looking forward to finishing the Huracan. In terms of driving, that was one of my favorites. Hopefully, it drives the same or better when it is finished.
Honestly, I thought collecting would be over pretty quickly. But there are so many cars out there that I'm learning about as I go along.
The i8 certainly does look the part. Whether I'm looking at the RC or have the opportunity to see one in person, it still looks great to this day!

@AndWeRollin There are good 1/14 options. @BlacbSeaRc and I were messaging that there doesn't appear to be a lot of new cars coming our. Since COVID even the actual car companies have been slow to roll out entirely new or significantly upgraded models. Looking forward to see what you add to your garage in 2024 😊!😢😢😢

@@markieh04 Thank you. I have a few in mind. The question is, where will they go? I'm going to need to make some triple-stack lifts at this rate 😆.

I don't know why but the Ferrari FF and Nissan GT-R seem to be very rare models to find nowadays. I am currently being tempted by the Rastar Bentley Continental GT3. It is quite an old model now with 27MHz electronics but has some interesting details. What do you reckon, worth buying? Also, I am investigating a semi-hobby grade product with fully proportional control that is actually sold at a price similar to Rastar products.

Maybe the age and production numbers? It seems like some models are continually produced, and others are not. I still regret not picking up an F12 when it was available.
As for the Bentley, I don't see why not, especially if it is something you are into. I thought about getting one to try to convert it to a road car spec. I actually bought one, but the advertisement turned out to be false, and it was a 1:24 scale. I used to see them for sale, but not so much anymore.
What product is that (if you don't mind me asking)? I see that Aeroquest has an SVJ roadster and 570s. Details do not look quite up to Rastar level, but I think I'm going to add them.

@@AndWeRollin The one that I was interested in is the LDR/C LD1299 but that is a 1:14 scale Range Rover Evoque (non-licensed). The car uses a proper servo for the steering and has proportional steering and throttle controls. It also has a better chassis underneath it that at least provides basic suspension. Probably not the sort of thing you are interested in but for me, I have more opportunities for off-road driving than on-road driving and I am interested to see someone providing a decent body and chassis at a similar price point to Rastar. It gives me some hope that perhaps Rastar will reconsider their electronics at some point in the future to make the cars easier to upgrade.
I have not seen the Aeroquest brand before. I know many of the Chinese toy manufacturers make products for various companies and often it is possible to find the same model branded differently. For me, I like to find something a little bit different. Your Jaguar and Aston Martin models are an example. It gets boring sometimes when Rastar pays so much attention to Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc and ignores fantastic cars such as the Aston Martin Valkyrie (or maybe they will surprise me).

@@BlackSeaRC That look really cool. I wonder if I can use the chassis for my 4x4². I would like to have a couple things to go offroad with. That is part of the reason the hummer is still apart. I kind of want to build it to go offroad. Not really my area though. I do not know anything about that.
The Valkyrie is coming from what I've seen online. I personally wish it would have been base model or spyder, but it appears to be AMR Pro from the pictures. I'll be adding one to the garage regardless once I find one for sale.

@@AndWeRollin For me, the product is not the most interesting subject matter (it is nicely made and the quality looks fine but it isn't licensed and doesn't wow me), but the eye-opening thing is that the product as a whole provides semi-hobby grade electronics with fully-proportional control at a price that is competitive with Rastar products. That tells me that Rastar needs to up their game a little bit.
I hope we do get to see a Valkyrie, I haven't seen anything about any new Rastar products for a few months. In fact, I am still waiting the see the products that have been announced many months ago.

There will definitely be a next video. I just do not have the time to finish it at the moment. I ordered a new car, which should be here around the time I get home. A bunch of cars in the workshop have to get repaired. So yes, there will be more videos 🙂
