@AnotherSportsChannel - As a Lion's fan of 50 years I also want to give credit where it's due. It takes more than just a coach to have a winning culture. Since Sheila Ford Hamp took over things have seemed different. I don't much about her style, but I know she allowed this culture change to happen. That wasn't remotely possible with WCF.

Dan Campbell really is an amazing head coach. In a league where most NFL head coaches and players are simply "professional" and fit into a culture of "just get the job done", Dan seems to transcend this bland way of thinking and bring something truly special to the game. I really hope the refs don't screw him and the Lions out of deserved playoff win, but deep down, I know that's what is going to happen. I guess the thing that the zebras hate the most is Lions.

The whole "kneecaps" speech was aimed at Lions fans. He was telling us that his Lions teams were going to give it all they have. He was here, he understood our frustration with half-assed efforts. Even in defeat you could get behind the team and respect them, they were going to go for the brass ring. The first two season were difficult. Painful losses but you could see that something was changing. This year it finally all came together. Is there anybody who wouldn't play hard for this guy?

I remember when some people were asking if Dan was going to be fired after his first season - since they lost more games from Patricia's last season.
But even winning 3 games, you saw them fight to the end every single time. They're one of the few times i've ever seen a bad team refuse to give up. He had the locker room won over.
Once the GM got him some talent, you can see where they're at now. Dan's been a franchise changing coach. Hope to see the Lions continue this path.

I said for many years, through Marinelli, Patricia, and a host of other mediocre coaches, that Detroit needed a top down shakeup. And now, we have Sheila at the top, Brad Holmes, and Dan Campbell. And in three years, from 3-13-1 to likely 12-5, with a division title and a trip to the playoffs. A trip they earned, not relying on other teams wins or losses. I couldn't be more proud of the entire Detroit organization and the leadership of Dan Campbell. #onepride

I think he won the fans over when tbey went into Green Bay last year in week 18 with nothing to win and beat a Packers team that was fighting for the playoffs. It was a balls out performance in freezing weather. I know that Bears fans think that he is eerily similar to Mike Ditka and I think they're right.

Now here we are stuck with fucking Dennis Allen and a team who doesnt even respect the guy. Lets be honest though, It was probably gonna be DA next in line whether DC was here or not. Happy for this guy. He deserves everything hes getting. And the city deserves a guy like him. GL Lion Fans.

Just a 53 year old lady that enjoys watching football, although no favorites. BUT, there is just something about Mr. Campbell and his Lions...the grit, the determination, and that something else. I can't find the words to explain. And Damn it, they were robbed! Go Lions!

Love this video. I went all-in on Dan Campbell and the Lions when he was so emotional during that heartbreaking loss. I love what he has brought to Detroit.

I've been a Detroiter, and a hardcore Lions fan since 1984. I was 5 years old sitting on the carpet next to my dads chair watching the Lions. Never have i seen a coach like Dan, a staff of coaches and players that Brad Holmes has brought in, drafted, etc.. i couldnt be happier for a city in desperate need of hope. Not only has this team brought a new mind set to the organization, but the city itself. Dan = Detroit. I couldn't be happier. The road to New Orleans is going to have to come thru Detroit. LET'S GO LIONS 🦁 💪 👏 👏 👏

Dan Campbell won my heart the moment I saw him break down while looking at the practice facility with Sheila and Rod. It was clear how much the opportunity meant to him, and he didn’t hold back his emotions. That kind of humility and genuine passion-it’s rare. You can’t help but love a guy like that. He’s the perfect leader for the Lions.

I wasn't sure if Dan Campbell was the right guy for the job. But I instantly like Dan Campbell as a coach. He brought alot of passion and energy. The thing that I like the most about him was his aggressive play calling. Even when the Lions were losing I always thought that the Lions were headed in the right direction. They were losing but it was usually by a score. They weren't getting blown out or anything. I thought if the Lions could just clean up a few things they would be a team to reckon with. I must admit I didn't think we would be so successful so soon with Dan Campbell. I thought maybe year 4 or 5. Not year 2 & 3.

Dan's record as a head coach for the Lions is now 24-26-1 or (*25-25-1). This is a man getting back to a .500 win percentage as HC after he started his career 3-13-1. Can't think of a more electric turnaround to date 🤷💯

I'm a Packers fan. Final game of the 2022-23 season. Packers need to win to make the playoffs. The Lions are eliminated from the playoffs earlier that day. Pregame interview asks Dan about his thoughts about the playoffs situation and he answers "Either we're going or they're not!". That is when I realized the Lions were dangerous.
I NEED a Packers/Lions NFC Championship game. It would be so awesome

As a lifelong Cowboys fan who’s been living in Michigan for over two decades, I am so happy for Lions fans. I know there was the controversy at the end of the Cowboys game but I’m used to that happening in the Playoffs - to the Cowboys. Still lots of football to play. People keep asking who Cowboys fans want to see in the Playoffs; the one team I DON’T want to see is Detroit. And there’s one reason for that: Dan Campbell

I love the editing, clips, with your narration around it. MCDC is one of my favorite coaches in the league (Bills fan) but the lake erie teams formed a bond in our despair called LakeErieBros (Browns, Lions, Bills) and we all feeling some success is... we don't know what to do with our hands
