Can you use the same style but with meats and spices like a Greek Gyro?
I’ve only seen the processed kind at restaurants in America but I’ve always thought when I watch them cook I’ll pet store but it reminded me of a gyro. It seems like theThe idea is similar to cook it in layers to the spice gets into the meat. But I’ve never made Gyro meat before and really have no idea what it is.
I think you’re right about the cheap meet as well. I have friends from India and a very traditional family and a lot of the stuff they taught me to cook was all about kind of fixing cheap meat by flavoring it and cooking it in ways that made it more palatable or just better. I was just imagining this with those pork chops sliced even thinner. Ugh. Now I’m hungry. Lol
