LG Dual Inverter 9500 BTU Window Air Conditioner: First Start!

This isn't my unit, this one is my dad's. Oh, and it's properly installed!
this one made quite a lot more noise than mine did. enjoy!

So You window mounted it before it was not actually sitting outside the window? The same one we are viewing?

This is a different unit, and this one is properly installed. My 14,000 at home is still improperly installed, unfortunately.
These have a very unique sound, unlike any other window unit.

I don't really like the rattling sound it makes, but I'm glad that goes away eventually.

The rattling was most likely because it was its first startup, subsequent startups were not that noisy.
