@@zara2500 it was the Darcy Lever route, I’d never been down there but it was fine tbh, didn’t encounter any problems, this a likely route they’re starting to use though, so try practice it with your instructor, just in case it is this route.

I've got my test on December 12th at half 1ish but all my lessons have been in the evening after work. Derby street/st Helen's road didn't look too bad at your time but whenever I'm going up there it's like there's no rules and it is everyman for himself

My instructor asks me to reverse 2 car lengths after parallel parking - is that incorrect??

@adamlee9566 you have to complete the parallel park manouvre within 2 car lengths of the target vehicle, but that includes your car, so technically 1 car length between you & the target vehicle.. hope that makes sense!!
