I just got one of these literally yesterday. Best monitor I have ever owned, very happy with it! Really excellent for gaming as well, since 60FPS is perfectly adequate for me. The 32 inch screen space also makes working from home much nicer. Display quality and colours are top notch. Worth every penny.

Pro tip for better cable management on the arm, you can run your cables through the top of the arm and down it and completely out of sight. The ribbed plastic on the back is removable and so is the top.

I really like the specs if you spend time on it for workflow as it is so much easier on your eyes than the lesser quality monitors. You can work longer and not be nearly as tired since your eyes are not trying to make up for the lesser quality. Great video! Keep making more!!! Love your channel!!

I had my doubts upscaling 4k to 32inch, however It's quite sharp and image quality is great. I'm also very happy with this monitor. I never knew I needed 32 inch display, turns out its great for watching movies and for PS5. Wish it was 144hz too and support ProMotion and gaming. On Windows I use Powertoys to Divide the screen into 2, and even another 2 vertically to fit 3 windows on it!

Really nice video. I'm planning on buying this monitor tomorrow. Finally trying to get a "nice" desk set up. One random question that is spooking me.. I saw on Amazon someone had a bad review saying they can't connect their MacBook in standby to the monitor and can only connect it from powered down then plug it in and turn on the MacBook. I know that has to be false lol but can you confirm that isn't true? Thanks man! Also, in landscape mode, can it rotate to make the MacBook dock on the bottom of it? It's always on the side when u have it in landscape. Sorry I know these questions suck. Just skeptic before I drop the money tomorrow. Thanks again man

No need to apologize, great job doing your research! To answer your first question, no I can I plug it in at anytime while the Mac book is on and it will immediately connect. Then to your second question, yes you can rotate it. Thank you!

Do a comparison between this monitor and the Gigabyte M32U and AORUS Fi32U. All at the same price point for 32” 4K monitors, but the Gigabyte and AORUS have 10-bit color and are 144MHz panels versus the 8-bit color and 60Hz of the LG

I bought this monitor once... And still use it. But! I had to return this monitor twice, so now I have the third display that they sent through amazon. The problem each time was that no matter how cautiously you try to set it up without touching the screen, it will have backlight problem, which is only visible in dark environment and dark background videos. The backlight issue is still detectable, even though less than previous ones. In general, I am happy with the sharpness of the screen, but its ultra fragility is a big downside.

I have a couple questions if you dont mind answering!
you said one chord set up - does that mean the monitor replaces the computer charging cable?
Is it as simple as plugging in the USB chord to make it work?
what about external hard drives etc? Can you plug those into the monitor now instead of the computer?

You would have to buy an entirely separate stand, it only includes desk mounted stands in the box.

@@TerranigmaQuintet thanks yes - I realized that shortly after I posted my original comment. In my case I'm attaching my macbook pro (clamshell mode) to an OWC TB3 dock. I needed to have the USB-C from the OWC dock connected to the monitor for the USB-A ports to work. I'm guessing that the A ports are powered, literally, via the power coming in from the USB-C port.

It would make more sense if you tried another 4K monitor and then compare with this monitor. Otherwise you will be reviewing 4K feature , Not this Monitor. I have used Samsung 4K 32 monitor and i don’t see any info why it’s better than Samsung , which cost half of this price .

Yes, The LG 32BN88U-B is the business model and it comes with a 3 year warranty instead of 1 year warranty. Other than that, they're the same monitor with the same specs.

@@wickywills well I only have a 5700XT so I’m not aiming for super high frame rates. I don’t play FPS games either so 60hz is probably fine enough for me. Even trialled my current old and cheap 144hz display at 60hz and I barely noticed a difference 🤣 though I have seen another which may be more suited for a similar price. The Gigabyte M28U so gonna check that out too. I just love the ergo stand on this one and can’t really find anything like it sold separately

I have 3 LG Ergos (2 x 4x and 1x 1440p) for my home office setup. My fiancee and I split the three between us while we are working from home together.
It makes keeping the desktops tidy much much easier. Very expensive solution though.

Instead of scripting each video you should just go off of bullet points so that it sounds more natural. They'll be much easier to make after you practice a bit, and it won't sound like your reading out a college essay. I used to run a fairly large channel and when I made the switch it was great. You should also completely stop the types of thumbnails with the flashy colors that you've been doing recently. While they may be eye catching, they look extremely unprofessional almost like those old indian tech reviews from 2012. There's a reason why you don't see any big tech review channels doing thumbnails like that, try to emulate how they do it instead. Good luck man you have a very good foundation.
