Well said. I like Andrew Peter’s four phrases that traverse the brahmaviharas. The phrases help me feel compassion instead of judgement for others.
    1. All beings want to be happy (metta)
    2. Happiness is difficult to find (karuna/compassion)
    3. Despite that, some beings will find great joy (mudita/sympathetic joy)
    4. No being has their faults intentionally (upekkha/equanimity)
