i remember listening to this song when i was 13, promising myself that when im 19 i will be better and wont relate to this song anymore. here i am, on my 19th birthday, listening to this song and bawling my eyes out because i broke the most important promise i ever made

I promise everything gets better with time. You have a purpose, dont give up before you find it. Ive been there, I am there, its horrible. You can always talk to a therapist online or try to talk to an actual one maybe book an appointment? But if it gets too serious then i recommend inpatient treatment
You can tell someone anyone will listen, and it'll get better as long as you try! Everything can be exhausting but giving up just creates more pain. Please talk to a professional or someone you trust, life is always worth it no matter how it seems in the moment. You matter to people more than you could possibly imagine, and even if you feel lost and alone right now just reach out and you'll be found.
This song really helps me when i fall into the pit that is depression...your voice gives me goosebumps everytime I love it!! I really hope you're doing better since this song x
