Me either. The weirdest thing happened to mine. My daughter was watching netflix and switched to RUclips, RUclips wouldn’t load and said no internet, so I disconnected the Ethernet, as I pulled it out the tv shut off and won’t turn back on. No red light no nothing. It was working perfect. It just shut off as if I had pulled out the power cord

This worked for me once, I actually thought it was the remote but after checking, replacing battery (and checking with multimeter) it didn't work.
I tried this trick again but the tv still doesn't respond to the remote. I think I need to replace the IR sensor on my tv.

Thanks for the quick fix. But my LG TV stopped working after I went to power up the TV with my remote and a small spark come from the power cord connection on the back of the TV. I am hoping that it is the power supply board where the cord connection is.
