My LG TV was fixed by baking the main board. Preset oven to 385 F, bake main board for 10 minutes, take it out to cool. It fixes one of the soldering joints.
What if after the first steps (depleting the energy) then after plugging it again the tv flashes the logo screen on for a second then goes back to black?

I had to get a new tv, the main board was not working properly and that model has been discontinued.
Light turns on, sound comes on. I’ve turned it off and on, disconnected power source. It’s still blank/dark
