This helped me for a while, everytime I turned the computer on I'd have 100 Mbps instead of the usual 500 Mbps and either entering the command or uninstalling the driver would bring it back to 500 Mbps but today it just would stay at 100 no matter what, called my internet provider and nothing. The one thing I couldn't try was another cable because I didn't have another so I went and bought a new one and that's giving me 500 Mbps, and switching between both cables the old one keeps giving me 100 so probably it became faulty a while ago. in my case i formatted my PC and even after that i noticed my Network adapter randomly shutting down and restarting and i lose internet connection...... even after a fresh window 11 pro install

It’s a lot of time later hope you’ve had it fixed by now but what I did I went to device manager>network adapters and chose the one that had a little hazard sign next to it. I just disable and then enabled it and it worked. Hope this helps
My pc ethernet stays on when the pc is off, the light will be constant green, as soon as i turn my pc on though its turns off and cant run ethernet nothing is working 😑

Flushing DNS is a process of clearing the cache and resolver caches, making sure that all the DNS records are up-to-date.

I just changed my fan settings in my BIOS menu and when I restarted I had no network connection. Tried everything and nothing worked.
