- Hey y'all! Today's video is a weekend vlog! We had a big water slide party to celebrate the 4th of July! Then Jimmy got a new truck! Lastly Jimmy and I went on a double date with his cousin Jesse, and Jesse's fiancé Jalynn. I did a little shopping too.😅

That truck is really nice!! My hubby passed away in March this year at only 66 so our son inherited his dad's truck. Our bonus grandson drove it to his funeral and to the Cemetery which was so special. I loved watching y'all have so much fun on the water slide!! Looks like y'all had a fun day! Can't wait to see more videos! I mostly watch at night to help me relax. I've been disabled since I was 37 & I'll be 66 in September. But, I do ok, by God's grace and mercy! I think you are absolutely precious & I love your channel. My hubby & I started sitting in church together when I was 15, we got married when I was 17 in my senior year of high school. Wasn't able to have our only child for 5 yrs, but God blessed us with an amazing son. I miss my single-wide mobile home...we moved in with my daddy to be with him after my momma had to go into a long-term care facility due to Alzheimer's. I'm the youngest in my family and daddy deeded the house to me. But I honestly believe I had more room in my trailer!! Sorry so long of a comment! Hugs & blessings from VA!

Yes, our trailer may not be big and fancy, but it has sheltered us during the rain. Kept us warm during the winter, and cool during the heat of summer. A home is a blessing no matter the size or style! Don't apologize for the long comment. I love getting to know y'all, hearing about everyone's life. It also helps me remember you when I see your comment again 🩷

I would be sure to use food safe gloves to handle food. The medical ones might have chemicals which can make you sick years later if not more immediately.

You are so festive. We used to have a place at the lake and we would decorate the pool area and our boat. It was so much fun. How close were you to the hurricane?
We got the edge of it. Mainly just winds and heavy rain. There were some tornados 🌪 that came up in nearby areas.

I mainly read mystery/suspense type books. I recently read the Silent Sister by Diane Chamberlain and Not a Happy Family by Shari Lapena. I liked both of them. 📚 😊
