You know, I am on that boat with wife now, we kinda want kids because we in our 30’s and have no family were we live but at the same time we both work about 12 hours a day. Don’t know if hold it till we older, we stable right now money wise but is because how much we work. Don’t know if a kid now would keep the same live or if we wait till we are more comfortable and have it around 40. We definitely not in a rush
Infertility is usually the biggest reason. It's almost every other couple these days. Food corporations stuffing us with wheat, soy, corn, sugar and repurposed machinery oil.
Usually don't comment much, but being honest about what you want in life especially about NOT having children takes more courage than folks who just fall into the status quo and go forward with doing something they really do not want. Societal pressure, families etc., I think it takes a much more selfless person to make that decision and someone who is honest and confident in who and what they want in life. Keep livin' your dream and everyone else, well... FYI: I have 3 children and am grandpa to 2 grandsons and love every minute ;)
You both already have the “stepchild” and your pups! My wife and I have 3 spoiled dogs and are past our childbearing years. We are living life to the fullest! Much respect to both of you🫶🏻 .. that APG Bronco is honestly the sickest 6th gen I have ever seen🔥🔥🔥

That makes me so sad that you two will never have children of your own. The two of you seem to be such good people, and you would have been awesome parents and done a great job raising a kid. Actually having a little one that you can cherish and teach about the world is one of the most amazing and worthwhile experiences anybody could ever have. When you see the amazement and wonder in a child's eyes when you show them things that just seem basic and ordinary to you makes you realize how wonderful this world really is. We lose the sense of Amazement about things around us because we've been here for so long but kids help us get some of that back.
But also they’ve traveled about a kajillion miles, seen the world, met 1000’s of people, had cool cars, and lots of other highly rewarding and fulfilling things they couldn’t have done with kids They find a dog sitter and jet to abu dabi and Europe or Jeep beach….

I pretty much lost 10 years of potentially finding a replacement from age 32-42 because of such a busy schedule. After being single ever since, & empty nest- I don't blame y'all for your life choices.. Doing you is actually super smart if ya love each other & have a good life together!

I was planning on buying a new Jeep for the past two years but since I've stumbled across Dave Ramsey and his 7 Baby Steps, now I'm just gonna keep my Honda since it's almost paid off but I do still have my 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade. One day when I can afford to buy a jeep without going into debt then I'll get one. I hope to one day be able to go offroading with you two. And hopefully when that happens I don't kill my jeep. But if something does go wrong, I trust you two more than I trust myself with my jeep. Sorry for the long comment. Lol
