I take pride in my homemade caramel, I know it’s the bomb!!! It’s posted. But this store bought salted caramel. It really complemented this recipe, and I really do believe that as good as I think my caramel is, it would not have produced the taste that this salted caramel gave to this bread pudding. You can trust me on that.

When it's resting with the liquid and bread for 45 minutes, do we place it in the refrigerator? Also can the pecans be sprinkled and mixed in and placed on top? Thank you for time. Love your channel
Yes, I didn’t but you can refrigerate while it rest. Yes you can mix pecans in and on top. Just remember the pecans baked in the dessert won’t be as crunchy.

This pudding has a variation in making. I use apple filling or sliced peaches with coconuts and rains with same ingredients
A teaspoon of baking powder makes it lighter
