NO ONE has true hypersonic missiles. Everyone has mid range ballistic missiles that are hypersonic at the top of their trajectory that they're claiming are "hypersonic missiles". A SCUD from the 1950s is "hypersonic" by that metric.
How target location, identification, launch solution, guidance and hit confirmation is obtained ? Insurance docs ? Satellites ? Recce aircraft ? Materials supplies, routes and manufacturing centres ?
