The one on Cooley Street opened back in 2007-2008 and it's already on the closure list? I guess it's relatively new considering how long the one across from Eastfield Mall's been open. That one was around since the 70's at the least. Still, pretty sure the "underperforming" is due to inflation and not because residents don't want to shop there.
