- Easy Microwave Pudding Recipe
Making the caramel:
Check if the caramel is ready in 7 minutes. If it isn't, microwave for some more time. The functions of every microwave oven are not the same. So the required time may vary. Please adjust the time if necessary.
The height at which the mug is placed in the microwave oven also plays a role in the time required. If the mug is placed at a greater height, the required time will decrease.
Making the pudding:
Make sure to take only a little amount of water in the bowl in which the mug is kept. If you take a lot of water, the pudding will remain soft. But if you don't take any water at all, the pudding will become hard.

Use microwave safe cup.
Good consistency, not too sweet ...
taste good.
Add one drop of Pure Vanilla Extract.
Note: Check your microwave power
and cook using time increments.
For the caramel I cooked the sugar and
water for 3 min and 30 secs increments
until light or medium brown, it will get
darker. Do not burn it!
“Bain-Marie” in microwave for 2 min.
and increments of 30 secs 3x,
until the top was firm. Perfect!

Its good. I just adjusted the temperature from 2 mins for the sugar/water and 4 mins for the whole thing. Added 1 tsp of vanilla. And wallaaa! nice though! Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you so much i found this helpfull to make for mum who is 98 ,bed ridden has no yeeth, dhe needs protein doc says and to feed her two eggs daily.this was the best method with less sugar i used. 👍

cool caramel
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup milk
mug in water and microwave 3mins

Me putting a mug with sugar and water in the microwave and 1 minute later-**💥Cup breaks** lol but other than that, it looks delicious!
I was following a different video:
Try 1: burnt the caramel
Try 2: when checked in middle found something in it so had to throw it
Try 3: burnt it... again
Try 4: tried with a non microwavable cup🙂 and heard a pop from the microwave. It broke
Try 5: the caramel is okay but now I don't know how to steam it so I'm here watching another video

I had no caramel, I had burned sugar. 😒 And no pudding, but microwave Omelette.

Is it electric microwave?
I tired a similar recipe and it was a fail. What happens is that when u microwave it the pudding becomes a cake and the texture also gets like cake so, it’s better to make the pudding in the stove. (Telling my experience)

Everyone failing at this is because you are cooking it on high. Cook on low. Depending on your Microwave oven it will be different times. Once done put in the fridge to cool over night. (5 hours minimum)
Also... This is not a pudding, this is a flan/custard. Puddings use starch to thicken. Which is why it is harder to make. It takes a bit of patience to get it right.
In asia, we call this pudding.
guys, need to be careful. cause microwave oven is only easy to use, but its not a toy. time, heat and everything else should be measured well

If you don't want the smell of raw eggs, thn add some vanilla essence.
It is just ok.. U wanna eat some sweet so you can try but I don't think so that it's recommendable so far.

never had pudding with flour in my life, but her recipe is not quite right. i would put two table spoons of sugar, one egg, a drop of vanilla and half a cup of milk.
