How to make Caramel mug pudding in microwave | Easy recipe

INGREDIENTS -
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp milk powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
Few drops of vanilla essence
INSTRUCTIONS -
1. In a mug, add water & sugar. Microwave until the sugar caramelised.
2. In a bowl, add egg, vanilla essence, milk powder & milk. Whisk well
3. Pour the mixer in caramel. Microwave for 1.5 minutes.
4. Cover & rest for 10 minutes.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Remove on a serving plate & enjoy!!!
