Tried this and the eggs really do turn out so light, soft, fluffy and creamy. The soy sauce is a must else it is flavourless but don't go mad with it

this style of filming is very relaxing, I love it.
One thing I love about Alvin's videos is that he uses the subtitles to communicate. A lot of RUclips videos show people who feel like they have to talk nonstop, and sometimes very fast. Alvin's videos are relaxing, showing simple recipes and it seems like he has a perfectly organized, minimalist life and still works, enjoys time with friends, makes great food. The subtitles make me focus on the video, it's not just background noise, so at 10min each, kind of like mini meditations, where everything else in the world falls away and I can just enjoy it without my own internal noise interfering.

Here! I want to give you my chocolate mug cake recipe!
1&1/2 tbsp of melted butter!
2 tbsp sugar!
Combine!
Add in 1 tbsp cocoa powder!
Stir!
Add in 2 tbsp flour! ( little bit at a time! )
And 1/2 tablespoon yogurt! ( optional, just keeps it soft and dense! Don’t overcook if not using! )
And a 1/8 teaspoon baking powder! ( optional, will be a dense cake-which is great! It’s like a brownie!- without it. )
Stir!
In the middle add chocolate! ( or not, still great! )
Microwave till the center is a bit wet but the rest is nice!
Wait 30 seconds!
And dig in!
