3 2012 Carrier Comfort, and 2022 Daikin DX13 central air conditioners! (2 running)

These units are located at a Hampton Inn hotel in Iowa City, Iowa. These units were interesting to find in my opinion. The first Carrier unit didn’t seemed to be working well since the fan was spinning pretty slowly and it didn’t sound great. The 2nd Carrier unit also didn’t sound the best either. I think the 2022 Daikin replaced a Carrier Comfort unit. Recorded August 22, 2024.

That first carrier might have a problem with run cap, that units sounds a bit bad, those daikin units are installed alot on my country, 2 nd carrier was hissing alot, seems to be its working good!

Yeah the first Carrier I think may be going out unfortunately. The units here didn’t look super well maintained lol. These are pretty good units in my opinion so it was surprising to not see them working too well unless they were installed poorly.
