This is one of your videos I relate the most to. I've been stuck on planning paralisys for so long it's scary! I'm gonna try the methods you suggest. Thanks!
I'm happy the conclusion was journaling+planning, as that's kinda what I discovered works for me too (over several years, oof) here's my piece of advice for people starting on this: If you have brain fog/choice paralysis in the mornings, make CERTAIN you know the plan for your next day before bed. I always seem to fail if I try to push planning off for the next morning, or don't review what I planned before sleep. If I don't plan/review before bed, I will literally wake up, think I have NO plans, and go back to sleep. 99% of the time, this is the wrong answer.
systems and planning are both the best and worst productivity hacks: they can improve your workflow but they can also trap you into paralysis from analysis. my takeaway from this video: let go of perfectionism and actually execute the plan! thanks for sharing this Miles 😊
Your content is quite good, although I think you should add a good description for each video. I am a content writer, I can help you with that if you're interested.
Huh. I can’t see that. Even if it was true that’s extremely rude and has zero to do with his content. He is generating some original takes in what is quite a crowded field on productivity. Be a bit more kind.
@@void54517 it’s rude, please keep your curiosity to yourself. You wouldn’t ask a person in your office or on the street that, so don’t do it on RUclips. Making comments about people’s appearance is not OK.
Well thought out and conveyed.
DO NOT QUIT.

100% agree! All that really matters is what you actually end up doing, not how you planned to do it
Can you show me how to set a daily routine on calendar

Great piece Miles🙌
Thank you 🙌
Nice sharing
HIGH QUALITY ADVICE
Love the video, lots of great points, totally disagree on Alex H though - suspect time will show.

Why your upper teeths are yellow but lower teeths are white 🤔

Why are you so rude?
@@void54517 Curiosity is no excuse - get curious about why you feel its okay to be hurtful and rude - are you jealous of his success perhaps?
