My older sister owns a boutique. They have two in-store stylists. But she started as a personal stylist. Her story is very similar to yours at the beginning.

What a lovely inspiring story Natasha - I think we've all gone through some form of rejection and this feeling of 'am I doing the right thing because what I'm doing right now isn't working' but you persevered and now you are where you want to be doing something you really love - it all worked out in the end! Glad you didn't give up on your dream and you continued to broaden your knowledge as you waited for the pivotal moment where it all fit into place. Much love to you x

I'm interested in doing the personal styling course you did! Just nervous cos honestly I don't even have that great of a wardrobe myself yet.. personal styling seems v fun and fulfilling though
Personal styling is so fun and rewarding and I’m sure you’ll enjoy the course too. They’ll teach you a lot of things there that’ll help you with your wardrobe after anyway so don’t worry about what it’s like now, your style will evolve just like everyone else. If you love fashion and have a knack for understanding people, you’ve already got a great starting point 💪☺️

Hi thanku for this video i have been into makeup artistry but i no longer enjoy that also too much saturation,i wanna know is styling is more demanding than makeup artistry in todays time?
Hmm sorry to hear you’re not enjoying what you do. I hope you can find a way of making it work for you! I don’t know much about makeup artistry specifically but I’ve worked with plenty before on photoshoots etc. and while it may feel saturated I’d like to think there’s high demand and opportunity still. I think the same is true for styling to be honest so you have to consider what you enjoy most or what’s more fulfilling and in turn what you can offer!

This was absolutely fascinating.. Thanks for sharing your story and career journey Natasha. I came across your content while listening to an asmr video (@asmr_beauty) and your work piqued my interest. I've been toying with the idea of working for myself or in a consultancy capacity for some time. My work is nothing to do with the fashion or clothing world but listening to your experiences has actually been rather inspiring and motivating..
