Andrew! I recently had a herniated disc that has been causing me a lot of discomfort and keeping me from my regular yoga practice. This was perfect for me especially in elongating the spine! Thank you thank you thank you!! (Also, if you have any recommendations on yoga routines that I could continue with a herniated bulge disc that is on the nerve, I would love to hear your thoughts) 🩵🩵

I would suggest you find someone who is trained in Yoga Therapy or Yoga for Rehabilitation. They would be much better suited to provide you advice for this sort of thing 💝

Andrew! There is a video I remember doing with a pose similar to this but you pressed under your rib cage at the energy center- I recall it was a challange and you had your buddy with you hopfully you can reference me to that practice?
