There's quite a difference between handflying and recording with a dslr camera in RVSM airspace and mounting a go pro. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

Personally as a pilot I do not think Björn would have been told off if he obeyed sterile cockpit concept and RVSM airspace. Handflying while holding a camera in the other hand is a big no no in the industry. Many airlines allow their employees to post pictures and videos to show how happy they are and amazing their workplace is. I also think it can help passengers get a wider understanding of how aviation works.
But handflying and holding a handheld camera in the other hand, having autopilot off in RVSM airspace to turn left and right to show the sidestick functionality and sometimes in a very questionable way shoving up a camera in the face of your colleagues that might not appreciate it is a totally different thing. Social media is fine but as a pilot you need to have common sense, respect your colleagues and most of all obey the rules and procedures that your airline or EASA has in place. If you do not do that then off you go.
