The only helpful video, every other video was how to descale. Once a K-pod is put in and cut by the upper needles do not remove it and put it back in. When I made a cup of coffee this caused a great mess, your video helped me clean that mess up, Thanks again....!!!!

Awesome quick video for one of our problems with this model. We did all those steps and we still have extra streams of just water coming out of other holes. Do you have any ideas? My dad thinks that the gasket - which I suppose is the soft plastic piece around the 5 needles-isn’t sealing correctly. He suggests we buy a new one online.
